craig's pov

Tweek and I continued to eat lunch and just talk. It's so weird how this small fidgety kid and I get along so well. Nothing can tear us apart.

I look around the lunch room. Everyone was sat at their usual tables, you had Clyde, Kenny, Token, and Kyle all sitting together, they were the guys that I am very jealous of. All 4 of them can get anybody they want.

"Craig, I read online that humanity isn't evolving anymore," Tweek says, getting my attention back to him.

I take a bite of a french fry, "That's a good thing?"

Tweek nods, "It means that us losers are going to be the rulers of this planet since technology has taken over. So maybe instead of wishing to be like them," Tweek nods his head to the popular table, "we can just be ourselves and soon we will get what we deserve."

"It's just, those guys, they get everything served to them," I reply, then I notice Stan getting up and walking over to the afterschool play sign up sheet. Tweek looks in the direction I'm looking in.

"Is he really signing up for the play?" Tweek questions.

I don't respond, I just stare at my crush. He's so out of my league.

"Craig!" I hear Tweek yell, I look over at him.

"Yeah?" I ask.

He shakes his head, "You're so delusional."

"Thanks." I roll my eyes and steal one of his sushi rolls, making him steal a couple of my fries. "Do you think I should sign up for the school show?"

"That's not really your thing Craig." He affirms, and he's right. I don't really do plays.

I take a sip of his slushi, "I'm just thinking, it would be a good way to impress Stan."

His mood suddenly changes, I don't really know why. He always seems to get a bit annoyed when I talk about Stan.

"Well then go for it cowboy." He voices. He stands up, "Do you want me to throw away your tray?"

"It'll be nice of you too," I remark, he picks up my tray then goes to the trash can and throws it away.

"See you after school," He waves at me pulling his headphones on and walking to whatever class he has next.

I go to the sign-up sheet and notice the names on it:

Heidi Turner

Wendy Tessaburger

Annie Nelson

Stan Marsh

I grab the pen, they will always need more people in this play, those four aren't enough. I'm sure more will be put down since this is first lunch, but still, I sign my name.

"That's fucking gay, Tucker." I hear someone holler at me, then I look to see that it's Eric Cartman, one of the worst people to attend this school. He really fucking sucks. The people near him laugh at me as well, even Clyde and Kenny.

"Whatever fatass." I respond, hearing an "ooo" from Clyde as I walk to my next class.
