↠Talia ↠

The bracelet glistened in the moonlight as I rotated it around my finger. I haven't even informed mom and dad about the bracelet, Honestly I was confused myself. Baileys name repeated in my mind.

How could anyone have this I gave this to Bailey on her seventeenth birthday and her last. My eyes burn and my body is fighting hard to stay awake. I open my drawer and set the bracelet next to my phone. I shift on my side fluttering my eyes to sleep before a shadow appeared in front of me with a white cloth in its hand and dressed in all black.

Before I could scream the soft material met with my nose as I exhaled the chemical falling into a deep sleep.

The warm sent of bacon and eggs awaken me. My head is aching and my nose feels stuffed. What happened?  "Oh god!" I sit up in my eyes  immediately looking around the room for any traces. I furrow my brows as I see my window open letting a cool breeze sweep in. I hold my robe against my chest as I close the window. Maybe it was just a dream.

My phone rings knocking the thoughts behind me as I make my way to my desk. I open it and my heart falls to my stomach.  "No.." I rummage through my drawer tossing papers onto the ground as I frantically look for the bracelet.  My phone is blinking green I grasp it. A miss call from Daniel I sigh running my hand through my hair. How is it missing? Wait..Mom and dad! I run down the steps into the wide open kitchen.

Mom and dad are at the table discussing. Clearly ignoring my huffs. "Mom dad have you been in my room!" Yeah Talia just got straight for it. My mother knitted her brows together.  "No why would you think that?" I feel lost of word's "I just..you know what just forget it." I stutter. My mom gives my dad a worried look. "Talia honey why don't you set Teddy's bowl outside for me. I purse my lips nodding my head along with her. "Y-Yeah."

I grab Teddy's already filled bowl of the counter and glide the patio door to the left. "Tedd." I call closing the sliding door behind me. "Come here boy." I whistle knowing he always comes at a whistle.  But his little barks never were heard. "Teddy." I turn the corner and regret everything.  The bowl of water and food topple over to the ground.  A puddle of deep red poured from Teddy's slaughtered belly.

"Mom! Dad!" I shake my head not wanting this to be real. I hear the sliding door and mothers gasp behind me. What made me scream the most was the text that was spray painted in on the wooden gate.

"Your next"
