Chapter 4

"Hey B****, what's going on?"

Oh, no

"Ya, we missed you at school today"

Rega and Lo.

"Ya, so we just stopped by to make sure your ok", Rega said sarcastically.

I turned around to face them. They where not dressed in normal clothes. They had on matching suits. They were black and dark purple. They had on dark purple gloves, boots, masks, and utility belts. The resist of their outfits were just sparkly black, and so was the purple.

very creative (note the sarcasm)

"By the way, I don't think we where able to finish our little round off, did we?", Rega said. She balled up her fist again.

Lo snickered next to her, and then pushed me to the ground. I hit my head on the wall behind me. ow! I rubbed the back of my head.

"Revenge is sweet.", she mumbled. She lifted her arm up, getting ready to throw a punch, and I closed my eyes waiting for the impact. I don't know exactly what happened, but all I know is that I didn't get hit. I heard the beginning of a scream, but it was quickly silenced. There were muffled 'oofs' and the shuffling of feet.

When it got quiet, I dared myself to open my eyes. I slowly did so. Rega and Lo where no longer there. Instead there was a guy in front of me. He wore a black suit. Whats up with the black suits? it had a 'C' on the upper left corner, and he wore a black mask around the eyes. He did not have a utility belt, but had on dark gray boots and gloves. He had ink black hair and mysterious, bright grey eyes. He looked at me.

"Are you alright?", he said his voice was deep and manly. whoa, get a hold of your self, E! He offered his hand out to me to help me up. I took it.

"Uh, ya. Thanx...",I said. I was unsure on what to do. Do I run? Do I embrace him in thanks? Do I talk to him? I don't know!

"Your welcome.", he smirked. Apparently he saw how tense I was. He then winked at me, then jumped off the balcony. WHAT THE CRAP! I ran over and looked over the balcony to see if he was ok! but there was nothing there.

Ok! What the crap is going on!? First, I got in a fight with two villains, who now hate my guts! Second, I find out I have super powers! Third, I made a new best friend who is really strange and has a socially awkward brother! Forth, I find out my parents are supers! And Finally, Fifth, I just meet a mysterious super, I don't even now if he's a villain or a hero, who just probably saved my life and winked at me!? AND THIS WAS ALL IN LESS THAT 2 DAYS! I swear I'm going crazy!

The next morning I got up to go to school. When I was ready, I went into the kitchen to grab breakfast.

"Hey champ, where you going?", my dad said looking up from some papers.

"Umm, to school. It's only Thursday.", I was confused by his question.

"Umm, no your not.", my mom now answered seating herself at the table. She laid our breakfast in front of us. yum! My favorite! she made hash browns, eggs, and a bowl of fruit. Of course, with my usual glass of o.j. and water. Hungrily, dug in.

"Wait, what do you mean 'no I'm not'?", I said through mouthfuls of hash browns.

"Sweet heart, your not going to school today nor ever.", my mother said unusually calm. She was acting like this is an everyday conversation. I began to choke on my food.

"What do you mean 'today nor ever'?", my eyes widened.

"Listen champ, we were thinking last night and we decided that we are going to home school you.", my dad sounded happy looking up from his papers to me.

"Sweet heart, we are going to teach you how to be a super.", my mother looked very excited.

I was to shocks to do anything. A billion questions running through my head. Then, unable to handle anymore of the thought of me becoming a superhero, I passed out.
