Summary:
"Aren't you...tired?", he asked, lit up a cigarette, lifted up to his lips.
Took down her complex bun, she looked at him. "Of what?"
"Of these eyes.", smiled quietly, the man shrugged. "Always follow you, always want you. When you come to a dark corner like this, I think you're tired."
"Oh, Avi.", she laughed bitterly, reached for the smoldering fire between his lips and took it for herself. Smoked for a second or two, Kirstie threw the cigarette away, extinguished it with her shoe. "These eyes just follow a life I've never been had."
Plot: Good girl Kirstie had good friends, good life, good parents, good grades, good future. Her happiness, her appearance seemed untouchable, but her heart was untouchable as well. But there was this man, the man in the dark, the bland one in school, the one her parents didn't allow her to be friend with, turned out to be the one who could make her incredibly honest in front of him. There was Avi Kaplan.
