Chapter 2; Vague acquaintances

Why am I laying on the ground?

Tygo opened his eyes. Everything was a bit blurry, but soon his sight became clear.

I see... lines? Lines in different colors on the ground. Does that have to form a pattern or something like that?

Tygo then looked above him; he actually looked straight forward since he was laying on his back.
He looked confused for a moment.

Why do they have a net here? It's seriously unbelie- Wait. That is a thing for basketball. How is it even called? Hoop? Ring? Basket? Seriously, why is it here?

Suddenly he knew the answer and realized how dumb he sometimes could be.

That's it! A gym! Such a great start. But how did I even get here? Wasn't I... Yes! I was right before the school! But then, again... Where is everyone else?

Tygo sat up straight and looked around him.
Everywhere were persons from around his age laying on the ground. Just like him a few seconds ago.
Only, they were all still 'away from planet Earth'.

"Finally I am not the only one who is awake."

"Eh!?"
Tygo looked around, lightly shocked.

"Yo. Look at your right side."

He listened to the voice and turned right.

"No! No! Not too far!"
The voice kept going since Tygo seemed to look all time in the wrong way.

"Hello? Back to the lef- I just said not too far! No! Wrong! Back! The Hell, I am staying right before you!"

Suddenly Tygo saw a waving hand a few inches away from his face. He quickly jumped backwards.
Before him was a boy who was smaller, but not extremely small.
Tygo really had no idea how he could have overlooked him.

"Oh, now you see me. Took you long enough! Am I invisible?" the boy asked.
"Eh..." Tygo couldn't find the right words.
Suddenly the boy laughed.
"It's alright! Don't worry! You aren't the only one to who this has happened."

Silence.

"I believe I haven't introduced myself. I am sorry."
He held his hand out.
"My name is Yazuki Kiraka."

Tygo shook his hand.
"Tygo Saurrens. Besides, Yazuki, you've got a special name. I have never heard a name like yours before. It's nice."

"Special?" Yazuki looked confused for a moment. "Thanks for the compliment, Tygo, I appreciate it. Only, I would call it 'weird' instead. But well, it's a combination of more names after all. And talking about names, you must have something with dino's!"

Tygo had already a vague idea from what would come.

"Cause you can call yourself easily 'Tygosaurusrex'! What am I saying? I mean 'Tygosaurrensrex'!"

So he belongs to the type that tries to play with words, Tygo thought.

PATS!

Suddenly Yazuki got his head slapped.

"Stop with the word jokes!"

The new boy who had slapped Yazuki looked mad.

"Oooh! Bitchslap!" a voice which belonged to a girl sounded.
Tygo saw her standing behind the boy, next to a different new boy.

"Elias!" Yazuki whined. "Stop it!"

"You never stop either, so you cannot command me", the boy named Elias said.

"Vita, that really wasn't a bitchslap!" the other boy shouted. "More like a strike!"
"I will strike you, Laurence!" 'Vita' hissed.

"Silence!"
A voice cold as ice sounded through the gym.

The small group turned around to the place where the voice came from.

"A fight is not very clever at this moment", the girl who had made them stop talking said.

"We w-weren't fighting, Ilona!"
Tygo saw how the boy who was called Laurence, stepped backwards when she walked towards the group.

"What is going on here?"
Chelsea was also awake now and stood already beside Tygo.
"I don't know. Everyone is waking up, I think", he said.

"Oh, is the great loudmouth silent now?" another girl mocked.
She was immediately put right by someone else: "Félicia, leave him alone; you don't even know him!"
"I can see how people are, Saige."
"Of course."

At the same time Tygo saw the two boys from when they were waiting before the school also awake.
The one with the brown hair was talking to a for Tygo still unknown boy.

"Mind your own business! I have known you for less a minute, but I already think you are an annoying kid!"
It seemed Laurence had heard Félicia's remark.

The talk flew over to the group with the two boys from earlier.
"Oh... someone offends Féli-Féli... Are you going to them now?" the boy with the black hair asked the unknown one. He let his gaze rest on Félicia, but looked back quickly.
"... No." He frowned for a moment.

"Heh... Why no-" "Vec, let it go", the boy with the brown hair interruped him.
"Let it go! Let it go!" "Vec, that joke is old!"
"Zyte, stay on my side!"

'Zyte' laughed and the boy who just frowned, said: "Vec, who would want to stay on your side?" "What!? Lucien, I trusted you!" Vec whined loudly, but Lucien only smiled, just like Zyte.

The last one of the group, the brunette, couldn't stay behind and said: "Isn't it very well from us that we have been friends with you for so long already, Vec?"
"Uwah! Mylan! Rude!"

Tygo realized he hadn't even heard all names. He thought of going to the still unknown persons to introduce himself when suddenly a high beeping sound of a microphone, followed by a high-pitched voice sounded through the gym.

"Hello? Micro test one! Micro test two! Micro test three! Can you guys hear me?"

"No! I think we are deaf already!" someone shouted.

"Wait!"
A few, including Tygo, turned around to face Mylan who had called out.
"Where is that voice even coming from!?"

"Here, you blind chickens!"

In the middle of the gym appeared a... bear!? A bear with a microphone in his paw.

So now we are starting to hallucinate already... What a fantastic start!

Wow, I should stop using this name in English. It sounds stupid.
Anyways, for those who I have kept waiting:

I think I have said I would update once a week, but that went wrong.
It will take a little longer since I still have school and stuff.
