Natsu pov
I ran and ran towards the sound of the scream. As I got closer I started to smell the air and caught a familiar scent.
'no it couldn't be I thought she died.'
I jump up in the air and happy grabs my coat and carries me there at Max speed leaving Wendy and gajeel behind. As we approach I make happy let go and I land a few feet away from where the scream was and i look up to see the person in distress.
When I saw who it was I paled and started to tear up
'she is alive.'
And just then I was hit by a tail that had scales on it.
'wait scales!'
I look to see where the tail leads and it was a dragon but not any dragon.
It was acnologia. The dragon who killed my father. I gritted my teeth and grabbed the tail and bit into it with my canines on fire.
"Ouch brat don't bite me I have an offer for you." Acnologia said as he pinned me down with his hand. I struggled to get out throwing punches bites and a roar at him.

Three hours later
"Would you calm down brat I want to help you."
"Why would I take your offer after what you did to igneel."
"We used to be friends igneel and I zeref had control over me when everything happened."
I listened and watched for any sign that he was lying and didn't find one.
I sighed "okay you aren't lying what is your offer."
"I can teach you chaos dragon Slayer magic."
I accepted his offer and turned to the woman who screamed and who was standing there was no other than ultear. After seeing her I walked over to her with my hair covering my eyes.
"N...natsu?" She said questioningly "are you okay?"
I only gritted my teeth and grabbed her shoulders and pulled her into a hug.
"Y..you were dead how did you come back?" I asked while crying into her shoulder.
"I was given a second chance thanks to the dragon here."
"I've missed you badly ultear please don't do anything like that ever again."
Just at that moment Wendy and gajeel run in and see ultear are shocked then see acnologia and got in gaurd to fight.
"No guys stop he isn't really bad."
I explained what happened and they understood what happened.

Time skip couple weeks later
"Okay brat now hit me with your chaos dragon fist."
I charged up blue energy around my fist with a lot of concentration. My forehead was covered in beads of sweat.
"Charge up more brat you can do this."
I push all my energy into it and charge at acnologia and punch him in the head. He flicked me back and I charged up a breath attack.
"Chaos dragon roar."
A blue beam of power rushed at acnologia and hit him in the chest.
"Not bad brat you have power in you yet, let's stop for the day I'm sure you want to talk to ultear about the recent events."
"Yes I do thank you master." I bowed to him and left to see ultear with a blush on my face hoping myaster didn't see that. Now that I see him not being controlled he really is nice and playful and does care about alot of things. He does regret everything he was forced to do and taking igneels life hurt him the most.
I run to the cave and I see ultear waiting in front of it for my return.
I smile "hi ultear".
"Hi natsu how are you" she smiled back.
"Nothing really usut got back from training with acnologia." I say laughing
"Come inside everyone else is waiting to eat we waited for you." She smiles and takes my hand with a blush on her face.
