Why, hello

I'm Abbie, I'm 14 and I have been type 1 diabetic since 16 November 2016, however my Mom has been type 2 diabetic since she had her heart attack a couple years back, when we was in America.

I now know the difference between the two and I would like tell you the difference, so you understand it a lot better.

I will use this book as a way to log my blood sugars and write of how that week was.

I have to take;
3x Novo rapid shots a day before meals
1x Lantace shot a day before bed

I also have to check my blood sugars before every meal and before I go to bed.

So ill be tracking my blood sugar levels
