"M-Mint Eye?" you stuttered as you picked up the chip that fell from your mouth onto your lap and ate it.

"Yes, I know I was surprised too," he said as he looked right into your eyes for the very first time.
"O-Oh," you stuttered as you looked away from him.
"What did this mean?"
Suddenly, painful memories started coming back like a wave that was crashing down into your brain.
"W-Wait d-does it have anything to do w-with u-umm..." you said obviously nervous as you felt the shift in the atmosphere about the certain topic.
"Look," he sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Vanderwood only gave me a few details, but it is related to that organization..." he paused.
"So I am determined to find as much as I can but, unfortunately, I was assigned to a certain someone because of the things I was accused of in the past and apparently I am no longer that trusted," he stated looking over at you.
You hang your head low clutching the bag of Honey Buddha Chips in your hands almost crushing every chip inside.
"I-I," you tried speaking out but your feelings were trying to escape.
"What the heck? No, go away I have no feelings I'm dead inside!" you thought to yourself.
You straightened yourself up and looked him straight in the eyes.
"I understand, I guess that means we are partners now..." you said as you tried to look as calm as possible.
"But if we are going to work together I'm going to have to make an agreement with you."
He looked away from you closing his eyes ready to listen to what you were going to say so you continued.
"You are going to have to cooperate with me, no more ignoring or being rude and yes I understand that you will probably never forgive me but if yo-We want to find out the truth we are going to need some kind of teamwork and trust," you managed to speak out.
"I understand," was all he said.
"Ok, so we have a deal?" You said as you reached out your hand.
"F-Fine," he reached his out to meet it with yours and you both shook to seal the deal.
You breathed out a sigh of relief as you guys had made some progress.
"Ok, now that that is out of the way," you said.
"T-Tell me the details," you stuttered as you started feeling nervous about what you were about to find out.
"Ok, so apparently they are back, they thought they had eliminated them back then when well you know but apparently they found some traces again and they want us to deal with it," he explained.
"They are going to want us to find the head of the organization and take them out, but of course I'm going to want to found out some info about how my family got involved back then," he finished.
You nodded and thought about what he had said.
"I see, t-then..." you stuttered.
"I'll help you, you have my full support," you told him looking into his eyes to see if he had any bit of trust in you.
"Yeah, ok..."
"S-So what are the plans?" you asked him.
"To be honest I don't know where to start but we could begin by trying to look up information on the place and try to find information on how to infiltrate," he explained.
"Ok I guess that's the plan for now, how much time do we have?" you questioned.
"The agency said we have about a month to get the job done, and if Mint Eye makes a move I'm pretty sure they are going to make us take action sooner," was all he said.
"A-A mont-th?" you couldn't believe what you had just heard. It usually took about 2-3 months for a whole team of trained agents to take down a whole organization, but they wanted just the two of you to take down a whole organization... in a month?
What?
"Don't you think that's a bit too soon, and like doesn't make sense at all?"
"We can't do anything about it, we have to do what they said and that's final. If we complain you know what happens to us," he said.
"Yeah," you murmured under your breath as you sat there thinking about everything.
"We should probably start as soon as possible then, but it's going to be hard with school and everything," you stated.
"Yeah, so that means we are probably going to have to pull some allnighters, nothing out of the ordinary," he said as he pulled out his phone.
"Dang, this is going to be so stressing, especially since finals are coming up!" you whined already imagining the pain you were going to go through.
"Hey, can you meet me at the top of Jumin's building tomorrow?" he asked suddenly.
"What? Why... and why there?" you asked.
"That will be our meeting place for now on, got it? We will go there to discuss anything about the mission and its also safe since Jumin's got a lot of security guards there, just don't let him find out," he said.
"Plus it will be easier for me cuz I don't wanna keep coming all the way here,"
"Umm ok," you said.
"Then I guess that's it, I'll be leaving then," he said as he stood up.
"Don't forget, I'll be waiting for you at about 9:00, You better not make me wait or I'll report you to Vanderwood," he warned.
"Yeah Yeah whatever," you shook his threat off.
"Kay," he said as he opened your front door and you followed behind.
"I'll see you then, a-and..." you muttered
"Wha-"
"S-SORRY!" you shouted as you closed the door behind you. You had never properly apologized for all the thing you had done to him, and you were too embarrassed to say it to his face since it had been years ago so you just did it at the moment.
You hoped he knew what you meant.
"I'm truly sorry, Saeyoung"
