"Knock knock!" There were knocks on the bedroom door, a little bit louder this time.

"Who's there?" A groany respond from Ellie, still lying on her bed, pulling the blanket over her head.

"It's me!"

"Me who?"

"It's Emma Stone!"

"Emma?"

"No! It's me, you moron!" Jane burst open the door and headed straight to the large windows, opening the curtains to let the sunshine in, hitting El's bed.

"Uhrg! Somebody turn off the sun!" El rolled over her stomach and covered her head with her fluffy pillow.

"You think I don't know what you're trying to do?" Jane crosses her arms over her very much gifted chest.

Yeah, she knows alright. Ellie purposely worked overtime and went to bed late last night to attempt in waking up late in the morning or in the afternoon, or never wake up that day if that's even possible.

"El, I know its hard but its been 3 years. And I don't wanna sound rude but seriously you've got to move on, have a life! Get married, have kids!"

"Whoa, that escalated quickly!" Sitting up, she threw her blanket on the floor, revealing her long brunette hair sticking at all directions. She knew they'll be having this prep talk today. Sigh.

"We can't bring them back El, they're gone, but you're not." Jane went to sit right next to her on the bed. "You're still here. You have a life that you need to live. They won't be happy knowing you're mopping. You're acting all fine but something's holding you back. And I miss you

"I know, its just that.. I miss them, Jane. So damn much. But I'm so sorry for making you feel this way. It never came to my mind that its not just me who lost her parents, you lost them too - they're also your family. And me mopping around seems like you've lost me too. I'm sorry." She hugged her cousin, with tears trying to escape her eyes.

"Thank you, El. Alright, enough now. Don't make me cry, you're gonna ruin my make up and I need to go I'm getting late. How about we hang out later after you visit them."

"We could do that."

Standing up, Jane smoothen her blazer and pencil skirt. Went to the door, just when she's about to go, she look over her shoulder to look at El.

"I'll invite Pete, he's been dying to spend time with you." She flicked her red hair and run down the stairs, her heels clicking just when the door closes and something hit the door.

"Jane! Uhg! That girl just don't know how to give up match making."

El stood up removing her silk night gown pooling on her feet and went to hit the bathroom. She stared at her naked reflection on the mirror. She got her slim body from her dad's genes, her long straight brunette hair from her mom's, how she miss how her mom finger comb her hair when they're watching tv together on the sofa. Her hazel eyes from her dad, she noticed the dark circles around her them. She tried to work overtime last night to wake up late this day. It's her parent's death anniversary and she hated to wake up to the day when her parents died.
