Mae's POV
"Look I'm sorry, if I could I would take you back." He apologises.
"I just have to deal with it I guess." I reply looking out the passenger window.
It starts storming. We stop at a very large house I get out of the car and feel the hard rain on my skin I soon around.
"I forgot what rain felt like!" I exclaim
He laughs and brings me inside.
"The bathroom is down there, go clean up then come upstairs." he tells me I nod and do so. I then walk up the carpet stairs admiring the furnish of his house.
"So tell me about you" The man says when I sit on his leather couch.
"My name is Maeana I prefer Mae, I am 18 as of yesterday, And I prefer summer over winter. That's all you need to know for now. Tell me about you."
"I'm Lloyd I'm 19, I'm rich obviously and now I hold miss Mae in my home." Lloyd says to me.
"I love your name Lloyd." I say with admiration.
He smiles and walks into his kitchen. The phone rings and I'm closes so I answer.
"Hello, Lloyds Maid speaking may I ask who is speaking?" I say.
"Uh..um..hi? Please put Lloyd on, its Jake." The boy says.
I pass the phone to Lloyd,
"It's Jake." I mouth.
"Jake! no no ahhaha, Oh She's Maeana. Yeah, just treat her like one of the guys. NO! Jake your kidding right. Laright buddy I'll see you later then, bye." Lloyd says and hangs up.
"Where do I sleep?" I ask Lloyd
He starts walking to a room near the kitchen.
"Here" he says opening the door.
"Ohmigosh" I gasp.
It's beautiful! I run my hand along the soft bed head onto the Victorian style pillows. I look at the brand new MacBook sitting on the bed and the beautiful purple and silver pug lieng on its dog bed.
"Thankyou" I breath out and surprise him with a hug.
He hugged back after a couple seconds.
"Goodnight, Mae" He says and goes out of the room closing the door behind him. I get into the beautiful bed and fall asleep.
