The girl in the mist(A Nagisa x Oc fanfic)

Ch1: The girl

Nagisa's pov

I sat up in the bed and stretched. I looked over at the window and saw that it was pitch black. I stood up and opened the window, taking in some fresh air while leaning my arms on the windowsill. I looked out at the water that lapped onto the sand of the beach when I saw some sort of figure standing on the beach in the mist. 

I tried to see who it was, thinking that I might know who it is but I could barely make out who was standing there. I looked around the room and found a small fake pebble in a bowl full of them. Picking one up, I threw it out the window and it landed on the on the beach. It hit the rocks near the hotel and this obviously alerted the person.

They turned around and looked towards the direction that the pebble had landed on and walked towards the rocks. I could make out the person to be a girl. She had long hair and was wearing a dress that was blowing in the wind. She wasn't wearing any shoes or socks and was standing bare foot in the sand. She looked up at my window and I saw her staring at me. 

I ran from the window and grabbed my socks and shoes and ran down to the beach but when I got there, the girl was gone. I looked along both sides of the beach but couldn't see anything but the early morning fog and the dark shape of the water washing along the edge of the sand.

'I wonder where she went' I thought, turning around and heading back to the hotel. I entered my room and removed my shoes. I lay down on the bed and pulled the covers over myself, slowly falling asleep.

It was time for us to head back home as all of our class and Koro-sensei boarded the ship. Koro-sensei got motion sick as a couple of my classmates tried to kill him but failed. I looked over to the coast line of the beach and in the distance, standing in the shallows of the water that went up to her ankle was a girl. She had a white knee high dress with a light blue frill on the bottom. She had a large white sunhat with a blue bow on it. 

She had long black hair and was watching the boat as it left. She wasn't looking at anyone except me. 'Why is she watching me?' I thought, kind of confused. "Hey Nagisa. Are you alright?" Kaede asked, standing next to me. "Oh nothing. Don't worry about it Kaede " I told her, shaking off the girl.

We had arrived at back at the school and because it was such a hot summer day, Koro-sensei had taken us to the pool. We swam around, having fun when I spotted something in the trees. I looked over and saw the same girl from the resort. 'Why is she here? Wait, she could see Koro-sensei' I thought.

I climbed out of the pool and walked over to Koro-sensei. "Um Koro-sensei" I spoke, tugging on his robes. "Yes Nagisa. What is it" Koro-sensei asked. "You need to hide. I saw someone in the trees walking nearby" I pointed out. "Really. Why don't we go see this person" Koro-sensei suggested.

"Hey Karasuma. Could you take care of the kids while I take Nagisa somewhere. I'll be taking Karma and Kaede too" Koro-sensei explained. Karasuma nodded while Karma and Kaede got out of the pool and put their normal clothes on.

"So why are we out here teach" Karma asked as we walked through the trees. "Nagisa said he saw someone so we are going to check it out" Koro-sensei replied. "Oh. So who was this person. Was is it a boy or a girl" Kaede asked, getting a little excited.

"They're a girl but I don't know much else other then she has black hair and was wearing a white and light blue dress and sunhat" I explained to them. "Oh you mean like the girl that's sitting over there" Karma asked, pointing over at the girl who was sitting on the rocks. 

"Yeah. That's her" I told them. The girl was looking into a small pool which had a couple fish in it. One of the fish leapt up and then back into the pool as the girl giggled. She had her head rested on her arms while looking down at the pool with the hat shielding her face from the sun.

"Let's go talk to her" I suggested as the others nodded. "Good luck you three" Koro-sensei encouraged as we went to go talk to the girl.
