Though the princess lacked spirit but she was also confident that her limit will prove to be a boon some day. As days passed by , rain became scarce in the kingdom , rivers dried and plants refused to grow. Drought spread all over the kingdom and the flowers in the valley disappeared.
The king called the queen and the princess to discuss the matter. He told them he had decided to go to the water kingdom from where he might get help.
But the problem is that the route to the kingdom is one of the most dangerous ones and around twenty days are required to reach the kingdom. Only a few had the courage to cross the path .
One more interesting fact about the route is that one can reach the water kingdom in just a week but for that they have to please the fairies of the pixie land where one can reach on the fifth day. If the fairies are impressed they themselves escort to the water kingdom.
The princess listened to the facts sincerely and came to a conclusion. She said " Father , I think I can go there to get some help. "
"Lily you can't go there . I can't risk your life . It's me who must go and I am the king so I am going.
"And I am the princess. Being blind cannot limit my ways and life. I want to do something for you , for mother and this kingdom. And it's the only way I can find the true path to my happiness. And you are required more here , to support and help people."
The king allowed the princess to go as he knew that his child is brave but to ensure her safety he send about thirty guards with her and all the amenities and necessities she would require.
The princess began her journey. After travelling for about two days they reached the troll land where the hungry trolls were waiting to quench their starve of humans. The princess commanded the guards to cross the land without even thinking about fear.
As they were moving , the trolls hiding on the branches of trees jumped down and began killing the guards. Liliana held her sword in hand , got down from the horse and with the help of one of the guards climbed the tallest of the trees .Then she screamed for the trolls to stop .
The trolls began laughing . " You blind creep will stop us , huh ."
" You may eat me for you are famished but I will fight you till my last breathe. Leave the guards , it is me why they are here . My kingdom is dying of water and these guards can get help from the water kingdom. Please allow me to sacrifice myself which may be a worth for my kingdom. Now, let them go."
The trolls leader appreciated the princess efficiency and was impressed so decided to leave everyone. Instead he assured the princess that he himself will take her to the fairy land.
