The MCAER PG CET 2018 is conducted by the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board. This Common Entrance Test is conducted to give admission to candidates into various post-graduate courses. However, candidates must note that they will only be able to take admission into colleges in the state of Maharashtra.
The candidates appearing in the exam must note a few more important details about the entrance exam. 70% of the weightage in the entrance exam will be given to the MCAER PG CET 2018 Result. The remaining 30% comes from the CGPA of the candidates appearing for the entrance exam. the candidates are also notified that they will be able to submit the MCAER PG CET 2018 Application Form until the 6th of January 2018.
The MCAER PG CET 2018 is an offline, OMR based test. All appearing candidates will have to visit the designated/selected exam centres on the day of the exam. however, the candidates are also notified that they will have to carry their respective admit cards to the exam hall on the day of the exam. failure to furnish the MCAER PG CET 2018 Admit card at the exam hall will result in termination of Application by the exam council.
The candidates are further notified about the fact that the MCAER PG CET 2018 Result are set to be declared on the 13th of April 2018. The exam council will release a college wise merit list for all the shortlisted candidates who can then move to the counselling session of the exam.
Candidates will be able to download the MCAER PG CET 2018 Admit Card from the official website of the university. However, the candidate must note that they will only be able to do so when they have successfully applied for the exam and have made the application fee payment.
The MCAER PG CET 2018 Exam Pattern states that the entrance exam will have a total of 200 questions. The candidates must also note here that they will have to mark their answers in the OMR sheets that will be given to them. The candidates are also notified that the questions in the exam paper will be objective type in nature. However, the candidates are mandated that they mark all their answers with a black ball-point pen only.
A few details about the MCAER PG CET 2018 Answer Key have been mentioned by the exam council. The MCAER PG CET 2018 Answer Key will be available on the official university website shortly after the end of the entrance exam. The candidates will be able to check their answers against the ones they have marked in the exam paper. This will allow them to get an estimated score in the exam.
MCAER PG CET 2018 Result
The exam council will declare the MCAER PG CET 2018 Result on the official website of the university. However, the candidates must note that they will not be able to check their results until the same has been uploaded on the university website. The candidates will have to log into their accounts with their application Id and password to check the MCAER PG CET 2018 Result. Candidates will also be able to check the merit list the university will release on the university website. The merit list will contain the names of the candidates who will make it to the counselling session of the entrance exam.
