"Ice cream!" Louis, my long time boyfriend, shouted breaking away from me and running to the old lady behind the counter.

"Louis wait for me." I shouted running after him.

"Sorry Em." He smiled at me, as I reached him. "What flavour?"

"Urm vanilla!" I practically shouted.

"Sure thing love." He intewhined his fingers with mine again and handed the money over to the lady with his other.

"Here you go. Enjoy." She smiled at us, and we walked off in the other direction still hand in hand.

"So Emmi.. I took you here because I have surprise for you." He pointed over to the massive green area, which had a blanket, and food layed out. It was pretty empty here because hardly anyone came here.

"Louis, you really didn't have to." I said to him.

"But, I wanted to, because I really love you Emmi." I blushed.

"Ohh, Louis I love you too." I bit my lip. "But Louis, I know you love me, you tell me everyday." I giggled.

"Yeah, but a beautful girl deserves to be told everyday." He winked, which made me blush yet again.

"Louis I really do love you!" I smiled before we crashed our lips together.

"Now, sit down m'lady." I obeyed him, and sat down and snuggled up to him.

"Strawberries?" I smiled, he grabbed a handful and started feeding them to me. Oh how I loved my boyfriend.

Once we had, had enough of eating we both layed there and relaxed. It wasn't hot, but then again it wasn't cold, it was just about enough to lay there. Just as I was getting relaxed, Louis got up which starled me.

"Emmi, there was also something else." He smiled, and rummaged through his pocket.

"What Louis?" I yawned, like I said, I was relaxed.

"Emmi Venning.."

No, he's not is he?

He got down on one knee and grabbed a tiny pink box..

He is.

Omg.

"Emmi Venning.. I've known you for absolutely ages, you're my childhood best friend." I started to get a tiny bit teary. There was more to come.

"And even though, we had said to each other, that we weren't going to fall for each other." He laughed. "We still did. You're gorgeous, even though sometimes you don't think it. You are! And I know I always tell you this.. But.. I love you." He smiled.

He started to clear his throat, and started to sing, holding my hands.

I was full in tears now, not sad tears, happy tears of course. That song.. It was lovely.

"So Emmi Venning.. Will you marry me?"

"Yes, yes, yes, yes!" I rushed at him and hugged him tightly. This day, was officially the best day of my life!
