Gloriana was the first victim that Dimitri couldn't kill. Gloriana saw the hurt and anger in his eyes so she went up to him and said, " You are in pain so I don't blame you for hurting my people so please take me and do as you wish but don't hurt anymore of my people."
She told him that with pleading eyes which he only accepted for he felt a strange feeling in his heart that he would soon realized to be love.
