Chapter Nine

Me, Hoseok, and Jisoo decide to check out the cafe that Jungkook sent me. We decided to leave Emily behind, over the past years she hasn't helped at all. She would push us further and further away from Y/N and Kyung-Mi. We're all suspicious about her. She's on our radar.

The bell goes off as we enter the cafe. We notice older people sitting and enjoying their breakfast. A lady at the counter welcomes us.

"Welcome! What would you like?" She asks as we approach the counter.

"Hello. I have a question. Do you know this girl?" I ask and pull out my phone and show her the picture of Y/N.

"Oh! I do. She is so sweet and her daughter is just so cute!" She replies.

"Do you happen to know who owns this place?" Jisoo then asks.

The girl flinches. "I don't believe I do." 

I lower my head. She's seen Kyung-Mi.. She's seen Y/N. She was in reaching distance of them, and it's possible she knows what's going on if she's not giving much information. Until Hoseok asks a question.

"Are you in the same boat as her?" Hoseok questions.

I look up in time to see her face pale. She subtly nods.

Hoseok leans closer and pretends to flirt with the girl, he's being cautious of who's watching.

He whispers in her ear. I'm guessing he told her to pretend he's hitting on her, so she blushes.

She then whispers back into his ear and runs her hands along his shoulder. Hoseok whispers something back to her. Jisoo and I just look at each other and then back at Hoseok.

The crazy thing about me and Jisoo is that, we're almost like friends again. Not like we used to be, but close. It's crazy.

Sooner or later Hoseok turns around and faces us with a smile on his face.

"Hot date?" Jisoo teases.

Hoseok glares at him. "We're on official business, I don't have time for dates, dumbass."

We walk outside and into the van that Jisoo and I rode in with our first lead about Y/N.

"So, what do you have sunshine?" I ask.

"Well, she told me that she came a few months after Y/N. She said that Y/N would look out for her, but then Jungkook showed up and shit hit the fan. She says that Y/N is now being tortured, the way they know how to." Hoseok stops.

"Which is?" Jisoo asks.

"H-hurting Jungkook." He stutters.

Our faces pale. Jungkook has been an active member in trying to find Y/N and Kyung Mi. Jungkook and Y/N are so close too, they're like brother and sister. So much so that they act like it too. So for Jungkook to get hurt must be agony to her. He'd tough it out for her, but she can't control her emotions like that.

I sigh. "I hope they survive."

"We all do." Hoseok mutters.

Jisoo pats my back, trying to comfort me.

---- Y/N's POV----

"STOP!! You're hurting him!!" I cry out.

"It's not my fault he showed up! That's all on him, he brought this upon himself." The masked figure speaks out.

The same one who almost killed us in a game of Russian Roulette. I don't know where the girl is. But he's crazier than she is.

"For being human??!" I retaliate. 

"Y/N, it's okay." I hear Jungkook grunt out. He's obviously in pain, but he won't show it. You can hear it though.

"No it's not!" I say.

The man raises the whip again when there was a knock at the door. He walks to the door and the messenger appears.

"Sir, we've spotted Jenna talking to-" He looks over at us and whispers in, who I like to call, cunt nugget's ear.

Cunt nugget laughs. "Looks like your little husband found the cafe. I'm assuming Jungkook here got a message out. You deleted it before I caught you, did you?"

"Of course, I'm not an idiot." Jungkook spits out.

"You obviously are. You were easy to catch." He replies.

Then he turns back to the messenger. "Take her to her room. I'll get things ready for her."

"What are you going to do to her?!" I yell.

"What needs to be done."

Thank you for reading! Sorry it took so long. I was busy for the past week. I went and visited my family so I had to recover from that. It's hard leaving my mom.

Then work took it's toll on me. I'm trying. Please forgive me.
