Summery: Parents!Au. Seokjin and Namjoon have two kids, Jimin and Jeongguk.

----

SEOKJIN CAREFULLY poured the boiling water into the china teapot. The white porcelain was covered in intricate pink flowers and bright green stems. Seokjin only got the teapot out for special occasions or as Namjoon liked to put it To impress people. The brown haired man was setting out their dining room table perfectly, each cup and saucer perfectly aligned. Namjoon was banished to sort out the garden and living room for the kids, as he was prone to breaking everything.

Seokjin smiled at his achievements, the cupcakes and biscuits he made arranged nicely on a large plate. He loved being a host, impressing people and showing of his skills. It was something he lived for. Their home was filled with the summer sun and breeze, their backdoors wide open. The Kim household had a cozy and welcoming feel to it, something Seokjin had strived for.

"Papa! Look what I drew!" A small voice squeaked out. Seokjin used his quick reflexes it pick up the small toddler, making sure he kept away from their China Set.

The young boy giggled as he was lifted up from the ground, Seokjin swinging him around once they were in the safety net of their living room. Jimin was a rather small boy for his age, making him ever lighter to carry. Seokjin tried to fill him up with all the goodies he had, he didn't want his son to be deprived. But Jimin remained the small slight boy, so Seokjin always made it his mission to make sure he was always eating right. He had a hunch that he didn't each much at school.

"Look Papa!" He said again, after being placed down. He held out a white piece of paper with his chubby fingers. It was only a bunch of purple and blue scribbles, and a very prominent black J in the middle. Seokjin clapped and ruffled Jimin's hair.

" Good boy. What does that stand for?" He poked the large J.

Jimin tutted his father, as if he was disappointed Seokjin didn't already know. " It's the beginning of my name! They taught us at school. Didn't you know that?" He smoothed out his drawing in pride and smiled a toothy grin at Seokjin.

"I know everything Jimin," Seokjin said. Jimin crossed his arms over his chest and pouted cutely.

"That's impossible. Everything is like this big," The boy spread out his small arms as wide as he could. Namjoon walked in at that moment, holding a small sniffling toddler in his arms. Seokjin immediately got up and rushed to him.

"Oh baby, what happened?" Seokjin asked quietly, running his hands through Jeongguk's hair. Jeongguk was two years younger than Jimin and much quieter than the other had been at his age. He didn't talk much although Seokjin knew that the three year old was perfectly capable.

"He tripped over while trying to chase Tara," Namjoon told Seokjin. The boy whimpered in his other dad's arms, snuggling further into his chest. Tara was their neighbours cat, who only appeared at random times. The boys loved her, but the feeling wasn't mutual.

Seokjin went to comfort Jeongguk just as the doorbell went. Seokjin made eyes a Namjoon who nodded without having to speak. He took Jeongguk to the carpet and slowly started to comfort him into confidence.

Seokjin had finally asked the lovely couple across the road to a play date, their kids seeming pleasant. After moving to a new town Seokjin wanted to make the move as easy as possible for his children. He knew that Jimin didn't have a friend at school and was content with that, but he wanted him to have to someone to communicate with. He was also hoping that it would help Jeongguk gain confidence in gaining friends.
