Chapter 5

*A week later*

Adrien's POV

Ever since I saw Y/n crying, she hasn't been in school for a week, I really needed to know what was wrong with her that day, I walked in our English class going up to Alya and tapped her shoulder "Hey Alya?" She turned around and smiled "Hey Adrien! What's up?" "H-hi A-Adri-ien!" Marinette said stuttering a lot, I shrugged it and looked at Alya "Can I talk to you?" Alya nodded and we walked outside our class room "So what's up?" She asked "Well what was wrong with Y/n last week?" Alya looked down and sighed "Chloe barged by Y/n and Chloe said pretty horrible stuff, I didn't hear what Chloe said but it probably was horrible if it's coming from her" I sighed "Maybe we can visit Y/n after school" I smiled "that's a great idea!" I said smiling

*After School*

Me, Alya, Nino, Marinette and Nathanaël all went to Y/n's and as Nathanaël knocked on the door, Y/n's mum opened "Nathanaël!" Y/n's mum said "Hey Miss L/n! These are my friends!" He said introducing each of us "Well I'm happy you're all here but Y/n hasn't come out her room, she hasn't eating, she hasn't once spoke to me, maybe she'll speak to yous?" She walked us to her door and knocked "Y/n sweetheart? Your friends are here" Y/n didn't say anything, her mum sighed and walked away, I opened the door slightly but it instantly closed "Go away.." Y/n said we all looked at each other "Y/n come on let us talk to you" She didn't say anything once again

We waited there for an hour but when no one was looking the door opened slightly and she ran out running towards the bathroom, I quickly got up and ran straight to the bathroom, Y/n then fell making me have time to run in and once I did, I closed the door and locked it everyone knocking and asking for us, I crawled over towards Y/n who was sitting in the corner "Y/n...tell me...what's up?" I asked sitting beside her, she sighed "Promise you won't tell?" I nodded "I promise" she sighed and sat up "Well last year my dad left and when my Mum and Dad where arguing, my dad shouted at Mum saying that he didn't love me or my mum and that I was a mistake, and every time someone mentions his name or say to me 'your dad' I just start crying and I get reminded of all the horrible things, sometimes he'd even abuse me and Mum" I looked at her "I'm happy you told me Y/n...your secrets safe with me" I looked at her and hugged her "Tell you what why what... you get cleaned up and we'll take you somewhere" we both separated from our hugged, agreeing to what I said

I closed the bathroom door and smiled to myself, Nathanaël was sketching on the floor, Nino and Marinette were sitting on the floor and Alya was walking back and forward and when she saw me, she looked worried "Well?!" I smiled "We're taking her out to go shopping!" Everyone looked at me confused "Ehh why go shopping?" Nathanaël asked "it gets her out doesn't it? We'll write a note for her Mum since she went out" everyone nodded

Y/n's POV

I was in the shower thinking about what Adrien said, Ive only been here for a week and Adrien, Alya, Nino and Nathanaël are the nicest people I've met, I'm not sure about Marinette

Once I got out the shower I saw on top of the basket folded clothes, Mum must've left it there just in case I came out my room or something , there was a burgundy jumper with blue jeans with black shoes, I dried my hair and came out the bathroom, seeing my friends waiting "You great!" Nathanaël said, I blushed a little "Thanks Nathanaël" I looked at Adrien "So where are we going?" Adrien shook his head "We're going shopping!" He said i smiled and we all went out.....
