It was the winter holidays and Elise and her family had escaped to the wonderfully warm island of Majorca to visit her aunt and uncle. Whilst spending time reading, swimming and studying for her upcoming A levels, she meets the mysteriously handsome Griffin. The two find themselves spending time together, getting closer and closer, until the day comes when they have to part ways. Seemingly to never see each other again…That is, until, Elise returns to school to find her new History teacher, just so happens to be a Mr G Harper.
