The red light comes on in the plane, which means we need to get ready to jump. I grab parachutes from a storage container. Im the last person to get my parachute secured, but I had to make sure that my men were ready for the jump. The green light comes on and the door starts opening. The door opens and everyone jumps out, we pull our chutes almost immediately so that we know we have enough time to land softly. When the door opened one of my men screamed so I had to knock him out or he would compromise our mission; echo is no longer on this mission.
Is everyone except echo alright? I asked.
Good.
Good.
Good. They all replied. We land in front of the base that I designated us sent to scavenge. Bravo, bolt cutters. I requested. Bravo brought me the bolt cutters and I cut the padlock. The fence flew open like there was pressure on it. We were stopped from entering by a steel door that was locked from the inside. Luckily there was a terminal on the side of it so I asked delta to insert an override that would cause the main mother board to be fried and the door would open because of a lack of command that would keep it closed. We walk in to see a big building with nothing written on it, we go through the open door and set up camp for the night. My team consists of four people: me/alpha,bravo,charlie, and delta. We head into the base and it has been trashed.
Someone has been here before us. I said, scavenge anything that looks useful. I walk over to a dark area with broken vials on the ground and papers spread everywhere. I see a dark red book and pick it up.
Schwartz.
I open the book and I see notes on a virus called the nekoliosis virus. I call my team over so I can show them the book. We knew that we had to stop Dr. Schwartz.
Get a good night sleep boys we have a big day tomorrow. I say to my team
