Ice mage vs Copy cat ninja

Gray pov

I don't like this guy, not even here for a week and already this guy is very popular, well once I beat his ass he'll wish he didn't exposed his damn face. Even Juvia is interested in him, I don't mind though, meaning that she'll not be stalking me everywhere I go, but with other girls, that is taking too far! This guy, Kakashi, gave one of his friendly smiles before nodding his head before walking outside with us following in toe. As we walked outside, I glared at his back, thinking of so many ways to kick this guy's ass, using ice shards will damage him good, but then there's ice bazooka, ice blades, ice floor to trip him, ice cage, etc. We stood in a fighting position once we got to our spot where we always train, waiting for a go ahead, and surprisingly, Juvia was the one to start it.

"Okay, is Gray-sama and Kakashi ready to fight?"

"Yes."

"Born ready!"

"Okay then, fight!"

I attacked first, I charged up my magic, feeling the cold rush through me, and unleashed my ice make launch, but to my surprise, the guy easily dodged every ice shards I launched at him. That got me angry, so I used my next attack, ice make floor (A/N: I don't know if I used it right, plus there will be a few made up magic and jutsus.), but Kakashi jumped high in the sky and preform a few series of hand signs, brought it to his mouth and screamed his magic.

"Fire style: Fire ball jutsu!"

My eyes winded as few gigantic fire balls, that would put Natsu's fire magic in shame, towards me, and it was difficult to avoid every last fire ball. The heat of them melt my ice floor, turning it into water, and once that bastard landed on the ground, he preformed another lighting fast hand sign and yell again.

"Water style: Dragon vortex jutsu!"

The water that had melted sudden swirled around him before it changed into a dragon type form, clearly making everyone gasp and me staring at it in shock. You got to be kidding me, is he dragon slayer as well!? I quickly jumped out of the when it flew towards me, but then I froze the water dragon and was about to glare at Kakashi, but he was gone. I looked from left to right, up and down, and finally behind me, but I couldn't find him, he just disappeared! Suddenly I heard rumbling and cracking sounds below me before my leg was grabbed and got pulled into the ground, stopping just that my head stick out. Kakashi had popped out of the ground just like weasel and give me a damn cocky smile that boiled my blood.

"I win, you lost. But I have to admit, you were good, but you need to work on your temper buddy, that will cause you your life in battle."

Normal pov

After getting Gray out of the hole, he sat crossed arm and sulked that he got beaten by a newbie for the 3rd time (A/N: He was first beat by Hidan, then Sakura, and lastly dear Kakashi), he really hated his life. To make it even worse, Natsu even dared tease or mock him about it, and he was ready to beat the shit out of him, only stopping when Sakura gave a punch on Natsu's head and a glare was directed towards Gray, warning them to dare start a fight. Kakashi had smiled pitily at them, but also an amused one, making them glare at him, but he only ignored them and spoke.
