Is a mixture of all martial arts, every level has twelve coloured belts, there are twenty levels, each harder than the last, is competed all year round, the rules are the same as any martial arts, but have a few differences, the rules are:
*Only two compete at a time.
*No protective wear is used.
*Competitors fight on a large six foot by six foot mat.
*Mat is slightly padded.
*There are two rounds.
*Each round last twenty five minutes each, with a break in the middle.
*A break lasts ten minutes.
*A match lasts an hour.
*There are two referees, each on the sidelines.
*One referee starts, calls time, and ends the match.
*A point is given each time a player makes contact with their opponant, when a ref raises their hand.
*A scorer will keep tabs on points by the score board.
*The opponant who has the most points wins.
