Freezing Flame (Yang x OC) Part 2

Food fight

Jay P.O.V
RWBY and my team were enjoying our last day on break and we're eating lunch in the cafeteria, Nora was throwing grapes into Yang's mouth which was adorable, Blake and Leon were talking about the newest book they were reading together, Weiss was helping Liz study for what we're going to be learning when the semester starts and Wes and Ruby were finally together and were just talking, suddenly Ruby slams a large binder on the table

Ruby: "Sister, boyfriend, friends, Weiss"

Weiss: "Hey!"

Ruby: "4 score and 7 minutes ago I had a dream! A dream that today we would come together as teams to have the most fun anybody has had. Ever!"

Her voice beamed with enthusiasm and pride In what she had in that comically sized binder of hers

Wes: "What do you mean?"

Ruby: "I'm talking about kicking this semester off with a bang"

Yang: "I always kick my semesters off with a Yang"

I snorted with laughter at her pun while the others groaned, Nora threw an apple at her

Ruby: "Look guys with classes and the tournament at the end of the year I want to have a lot of fun with my team and friends which is why I've scheduled a series of events for today"

Jay: "I don't know wheather to be scared our intrigued at what you have in store for us today"

Yang threw an apple back at Nora

Blake: "I don't know guys. I think I might sit this one out"

Weiss: "Well sitting out or not. We should all do this toge-" a pie suddenly hit Weiss in the face, we all looked over at Nora who was trying to pass the blame to Ren, Wes stood on the table and threw a handful of mashed potatoes in another students face

Wes: "FOOD FIGHT!"

3rd P.O.V

All of the other students bailed out of the cafeteria knowing how intense it would be between the three best teams at Beacon, team JNPR, Liz, and Leon were on one end of the cafeteria and made a makeshift castle out of tables while the rest of team JEWL and RWBY were about to attack the makeshift castle, Ruby stood on one of the tables with a milk carton with her teammates behind her

Ruby: "Justice will be swift! Justice will be painful!" She crushed the milk In her hand for dramatic affect "It will be delicious!"

JWWBY: "YEAH!"

Blake and Pyrrha charged at each other both armed with 2 baugets, their bread colliding, Yang put a turkey on each hand and charged at Ren wielding 2 leaks, Liz had a stale pizza in one arm while Jay coated his arms in snow and the two rushed and began their own fight, Wes and Leon charged each other both armed with baugets wielding them as their weapons (sorry I couldn't think of a food that looks like an axe so I'm just gonna use snow)

Liz and Jay traded blows with their food weapons for a while. Liz threw her pizza at Jay causing him to dodge

Jay: "Your shield can't come back when it's just pi-" the pizza somehow flew back hitting him In the back of the head and Liz caught it In the air

Jay: "Ow! How did that hurt worse than your actual shield?!?"

Liz: "It's school pizza. What did you expect Jay?

Jay: "True"

The traded more blows until Jay sweeped her legs and punched her in the abdomen sending her out of the fight. Leon knocked Wes out of the fight. Yang beat Ren. And Pyrrha beat Blake making it a 2v2 until Nora stuck a steel pipe through a watermelon and used it as a hammer. Yang took on Nora while Weiss charged Pyrrha with a swordfish and Leon took on Jay

Jay had picked up a chain link sausage and was using it as a whip to fight Leon. Nora had hit Yang through the roof with her sledgehammer watermelon. Jay then took the fight to her and spin kicked her into a vending machine. Nora started using the soda cans as grenade sending the others back. Pyrrha used her semblance to knock everyone on the opposite team into the wall. Weiss got knocked out and in a last ditch effort Jay came up with a plan.

Jay: "Ruby! let me throw you and you used your semblance!" Ruby nodded knowing exactly what to do without him saying it. She jumped and landed both feet into Jay's hand as he threw her combined with her semblance causing them to fly into the wall being hit by food and cans making a decorative piece of art

The 3 teams laughed about the massive destruction they had all caused. They were cut off by Ms. Goodwitch barging in and using her semblance to fix everything they had done

Goodwitch: "Children. Please don't play with your food" she stated agitated

Yang fell through the roof on top of Jay as the others and Yang laughed about it

Yang: "Sorry snowflake"

Yang got up and pulled Jay out if the massive crater she and him made and the friends talked about the mass destruction they has caused

Liz: "I thought Yang was only on top of Jay in their dorms"

This comment made Jay's face turn bright red and Yang's cheeks had turned red

Jay: "Shut up Liz!"

The three teams took joy at the couples' embarrassment and then all spent the day together enjoying their last day off school. Not knowing of the hell each of them would have to face sometime in the near future
