I Hate Running...

Sally's P.O.V.

After lunch I had gym so I got my clothes and went into the locker room. I looked at the agenda. CRAP! We were doing the mile today.

I tottaly forgot about that. I put my hair up in a pony tail and put on some more deoderant so I dont smell afterwards.

I went into the gym and found Emily and Ruth stretching. I joined them and found Zoey with the populars.

The gym teacher came out and blowed her whistle.

" Alright children in case you haven't heard we were going to do the mile run today." The class groaned and she continued.

" You have to finish before the  13 minute mark in order to pass. You can walk after one lap but walk briskly. EVERYONE OUT AT THE TRACK NOW!" She yelled and we jogged to the track.

When we got there we stretched some more and lined up.

She said the rules and blew her whistle. We ran one lap and I continued running.

I stopped after a while and walked. I caught my breath and started jogging again and finished my second lap.

I have run for five minutes and finished my third lap.

I walked for a while and sprinted the last bit and stopped at the line. My time was 8:45. I was pretty proud of my self. Ruth and Emily came up behind me and stopped beside me and panted.

Zoey came up behind them and smirked at me and sasheyed to her friends.

" What was your time guys?" I asked while panting. " We got 9:15." They breathed out.

" What was yours Sally?" They looked at me. " 8:45 ." I tell them and they patted me on the back.

" I was thinking about joining the track team but I hate running so I really don't know." I say and sit down. They followed suit and nodded their heads. " Yeah we should join too. We like running." They say and started stretching with me.

When everyone was done we jogged inside and went into the locker room. I changed and took out my pony tail. I brushed my hair and re applied some maskara.

I checked my self in the mirror and sat next to Ruth as she was waiting for Emily. When Emily was done we got a drink out of the water fountain and went back to our lockers.

Well time to finish the day...
