Prologue

"We've finally done it! The perfect army has finally been created! Hahaha!" The man laughed maniacally, he sounded crazy. Maybe he was, years of seeing of blood years of killing... Thats enough to drive humans crazy. Rather sad, simple creatures really but... They just dont know when to stop, genetically modified humans. Animals mixed with humans, birthed from the queens.

Lines of cages could be seen for quite a distance down these darkened halls, cries of children.. The pained cries, thats all anyone heard anymore. A woman's shriek sounded a little farther off, a womans cries to not take her child away, her arms could be seen though the bars trying to take the white winged child back. His cries sounded horrified, he looked nothing over the age of 2. They gave no clothes to these people most of them were naked. They treated them like animals, they were people like you and me but they didnt think so. There just animals, they can't feel anything. What do you call this? These cries? These terrible cries? Enough to drive the youngest of children into a insanity! They think we cant feel any emotion. We can't show weakness or we are killed, what has happened to humanity? Please help us.. Anyone... Please....

The man who took me away was the leader of this experiment, I was so cold, I had no clothes to keep me warm I only had my fluffy feathered wings, he took me from my mum. I needed her she sounded so distraught so scared. I was scared, no thats not the word I was petrified even at my young age I knew this would happen mom had told me these people were bad and they were gonna use me for bad things, I needed to resist whatever temptations they had. I was the first of many. I was the first 'Songbird experiment'

Maybe I should put some warnings on this book, idk how it'll go so far as this AU just popped into my mind and I decided to make it into a book cuz things could get a little.... Weird..
