Matt and Carter ~ Friends or More

"Knock, knock," I knocked on Matt and Carter's hotel room, Matt answered. "Hey Matt, have you seen Carter," I asked.

"I think he went somewhere with the Jacks, I can't remember though," he said and looked down. "Aw what's wrong with you," I said with a pout.

"Oh, it's nothing."

"Well can I come inside and just hangout here till he comes back?"

"Sure thing," Matt says and opens the door for me to walk in.

Matt and I have been friends for a long time. I don't think he liked the fact that I'm dating Carter though, every time I talk about Carter or he sees him and I together he gets all sad.

"Soo how's magcon been," I asked Matt to relieve the awkward tension. "It's been pretty good," he says and sits next to me, "how's you and Carter?"

"We're pretty good, I think. I just, I thought I saw him with some other girl but I don't expect him to be a cheater and I just don't know how I feel about him and all this hate from fans and it's just hard. But I..I like you."

"Wait, what'd you just say," Matt looks and me and stands up.

"Oh, nothing I was just talking about Carter."

"No after that, you said you liked me?"

I looked down, ever since Matt and I were friends I always sorta liked him.

"Emma, I like you too and I..I've always liked you."

"I'm sorry I shouldn't of said anything you're probably gonna tell Carter and I don't want him to be ma-" Matt pulled me onto his lap and kissed me, "Emma I would never tell Carter, I don't wanna be your friend. I wanna be your boyfriend."
