"Ohmygod, I'm so excited for graduation! Especially the party." Lexi said, leaving Kyle a longing glance.
"Ugh, ew, there's gonna be a newbie there. Don't spoil it for her!" Hannah said, fake-gagging.
Laila and Mimi just laughed ad they walked next to us.
"Celeste.... That even sounds like a name thar belongs to us." Mimi said, and threw her head back, spreading her arms out, as if she were flying, which was perfect because we were outside for graduation and the wind was blowing.
"Are your parents coming Bia?" Laila asked innocently.
"No, they're outta town." I lied smoothly. It's become routine, lying to all the girls except Alexia.
"Oh, that's a shame. When are they not out of town?" Hannah asked.
"Honestly..... I don't really know "
"Sell, we gotta get to our seats. ABC ORDER!!" Viv yelled, and she and Laila and Mimi were running to their seat, because their last names started with W's.
"C'mon Bianca!" Hannah said and grabbed my hand, and we walked to the 'b' section, as Alexia laughed and walked over to Kyle.
I no longer felt felt nauseated. because I realized that all these girls were my friends and they deserve to know about my job and my parents, as well Elizabeth.
I sat next to another jock I think this one was Alix, who has had a crush since
around freshman year.
"Hey Bianca."
I smiled and smoothed my robe and dress before sitting down.
Hannah sat a couple seat down from Alix.
"Are coming to the party?"
"Yeah, and Kyle's place, right?" I responded, as more students began to take their seats.
The ceremony started about twenty minutes later when all the stands were packed, and for a second I thought I saw my parents, but I couldn't be sure.
