CHAPTER - 3 MISSING FRIENDS?!

That day, at night Malan didn't return from his father's shop. His mother got concerned. She asked his father but he said he hasn't seen him for the whole day. They quickly informed the police and began to look for him...

Next day at school, all the students were shocked when they heard about Malan. His friends faces grew pale.

The girls and Hailen were really surprised because till 5:30 pm he was with them. And it is said that he didn't returned from tuition.

Meyner and Mayuri's jaw dropped. Neya was horrified. Kay and Tara looked at each other while Hailen's eyes are wide opened. Every student had a terrifying reaction in their face. While Shinko seemed like enjoying.

In the lunch break, Mayuri suddenly hold Meyner's hand and rushed to the washroom. It seemed like Mayuri knew what was happening. They went inside the third toilet and locked the door.

"What the hell are you doing Mayuri?!" said Meyner. She didn't had any idea what Mayuri is doing.

"Shut your mouth for a while. " Mayuri said while checking if anyone is coming. Luckly there was no one. Mayuri turned on the tap at full speed. "Listen Carefully Meyner. You need to believe me. "

"Hmm... Yes? " Meyner.

"Something is wrong. You see I always had interest in stupid things (ghosts, spiritual, paranormal) so I know about this things more than anyone in our class. I think some kind of spirit is trying to attack us. I want you and all my friends to be safe. " Mayuri said.

"Really Mayuri? It's nothing like that. I know I would love if something really like this happens but you see its not possible.... "Meyner was going to continue but got cut off by Mayuri.

"you don't believe right? Let me show you. " Mayuri said in a calm danger tone. She closed Meyner's eyes with her hands and dragged her to one of the mirrors

"Stop it Mayuri! What are you doing?! It's hurting! " Meyner shouted but it was of no use.

Mayuri turned her towards the mirror near the sink.. And opened her eyes. Meyner rubbed her eyes, everything looked blurry. Soon it got back to normal. Meyner saw another girl standing there. Blood dripping from her eyes. She was wearing a white dress with blood stains on it. Her mouth was wide opened from ear to ear. Before she could react. Mayuri shutted her mouth and run out of the restroom/washroom, straight to the classroom.

Meyner was never so scared like this before. She almost fainted. Tears were flowing out. They entered the class no one was looking at them as they never existed....

"What the hell?! Don't you people have any manners? " Mayuri yelled at them. They turned their face around and ignored her.

Kay, Neya and Tara immediately rushed to them.

"What happened?! " Kay asked.

"We'll tell you later..." Mayuri

Mayuri's POV

I rushed to my room. As I grab my phone to do some research in this case. I quickly typed on Google "can dead people come in life back? " there were many articles regarding this question but none gave me a perfect answer. I felt strange in my room. I don't know, I felt like cold breezes touching me. I got scared and closed my eyes as I didn't wanted to see any horrifying things appear before me. In my mind I was thinking what to do.... And finally something popped up in my mind. Why would a ghost kidnap Malan? Then I remembered after tuition Malan was talking with his friends something about a ghost in our class.... My heart skipped a beat as I heard my phone ring suddenly. I looked at the name it was "Meyner" I began to sweat.' Did something happened with her? No it can't be.' I said to myself and received the call.

"Hello... " me.

"Hey Mayuri! Come at Kay's house! Neya and Kay are no where to found. Hailen is here and he has something really important to talk to you. Plzz hurry! " Meyner said in a crying tone and cutted the line.

The phone fall from my hands. I couldn't believe in what I heard. I rushed out of my house. Grab my cycle and went straight to Ankita's house. Tears kept rolling one by one till I reached her house.

I saw Kay's parents and Neya's parents. All my other friends and police as well. Meyner camed to me. I could tell how much horrified she was. Hailen stood beside us with a blank face.

"How did it happen? " I said in a cracking tone. Meyner looked at Hailen

"I was with them when this happened. Kay wanted to visit Shinko. So me and Neya also went with her. Neya and Kay went inside the mansion while I waited outside for them but they didn't return. So I informed Meyner she told their parents and now this is happening. " Hailen said.

"Did you told about this to them? " Mayuri

"Not yet coz I was really scared of that fifigure.. "Hailen said looking down in a low tone.

"Figure? " I said curiosly.

"It's nothing leave it." he said turning to the other way.

"What do you think your going? Just tell us everything! " Meyner yelled while holding Hailen's collar.

"Tell us please... About the figure thing you said before. " I said. He nodded, so Meyner released his collar.

"The bloody figure of Shinko. " he said while trembling continuously. "it said me not to tell any adult bout it"

"I know how terrifying it is if you see a ghost suddenly. Well there's nothing his fault" I said to myself. I patted his back to make him comfortable. Meyner jaw dropped and she covered get face with her hands. While I was just blankly staring at the sky. While in my mind there were hundreds of questions running about it. "Why are you taking our friends?? They hadn't done anything to you."
