Sophie's POV:

I woke up to tapping on my window. I got hopeful that I will see Keefe standing outside my window. I ran straight to the window, to see that it was only a bird. Maybe the disappointment showed on my face because the bird flew away quickly. I walked back to bed.

Tap tap tap

I walked back to my window. As you can tell, I was very hopeful. When I looked out, my heart skipped a beat.

"Keefe?" I Said, as if I couldn't believe he was actually there.

"Hi..." he waved. I brought him in and then tackled him in a hug.

"Keefe, I missed you" I mumbled into his shirt.

"Me too.."

Something was off, but I shook off the feeling.

"What's been going on while I was gone?"

"Well, I made friends with the group again, and found you, which I still can't believe! How did you end up..." something was smelling fishy. Keefe couldn't possibly have been here without being set free. Something big was happening and I had to figure it out very soon.

"Keefe, how did you get out?"

"They let me."

"Did anything else happen?" He looked at me confused then shook the idea off.

"Not possible. I would remember" he tapped his head "photographic memory, remember?"

I nodded, still unsure.

"I will see you tomorrow?" Keefe asked

"Yeah..... can you stay with me?" I asked. He nodded hesitantly, hmmm.... new. What did the neverseen do to my precious Keefe?

We lay in bed. I hugged him tightly, my face smelling his scent. He smelled good for someone who had just been kidnapped.

"I'm so happy your safe" I mumbled into his shirt. I listened to his heart beat. It seemed to increase a bit.

"Keefe, I'm so in love with you"  he didn't say anything. I moved my face from his shirt to his ear

"I love you" I whispered. I saw a shiver that ran through this body. I began kissing his ear. I placed my hand on his chest to feel that his heart was beating rapidly.

I got off him and lay next to him. I hugged his side as his arm was around me. He started stroking my hair as I fell asleep. Maybe nothing was wrong with Keefe.
