"Your're a nephilim?!" Jessica asked, still shocked at the what she just heard. Her grandma nodded.
"Jessica... i've been wanting to tell you for as long as i can remember. You're mother wouldn't let me.. She wanted you to have a normal childhood-"
"A normal childhood???? Wasn't she smart enough to realize i would never have a normal childhood?? I was put through Hell. For more than 10 years of my life!! And she thought knowing that was going to make a difference?!" Jess argued. She took a deep breath and tried to force the anger away. She didnt mean it. She didn't meant to yell.
"Jessica Marie." Joanna said sternly. "You're mother had no intentions of this happening to you. It wasn't her fault." Jess looked at Jenn and flipped her hand.
"Wasn't her fault?!? I'm sorry okay, i loved my mother. I miss her dearly but she could have very well prevented it." She responded a little more calmer now.
"How could she have prevented that?!" Joanna argued back. "A waiter slipped demon blood in her drink. How could that possibly be her fault." Jess clenched her jaw and at the same time, 3 glasses on the island shattered. She noticed it and took a deep breath.
"Jess.." Castiel whispered to her. "Breathe. Calm down." He grabbed her wrist and squeezed it until her fist opened up.
"Obviously you don't know the real story. She cheated on Bryan. With a demon. She could have been smart and not slept with a demon. Because if she wouldnt have slept with him... A DEMON... i wouldnt be here." Tears welded up in Jess' eyes. "I wouldn't be here and I wouldn't have caused so much shit in everyones life. Bryan wouldn't have left and they could've just kept Dominic. I just don't want to be here."
"Jess..." Jenn came up from behind her and put her hand on her shoulder. Jess spun around as quick as possible.
"Jenn stop. I don't want to hurt you. Get away." Castiel then came over and grabbed Jess' arm. Jess through her arm back as hard as she could. To her surprise Castiel flew back. Everyone in the room was starring at her. Robert, Chris, Jeremy and Scarlett. Jenn had an intense look of fear on her face. Castiel was shocked. Joanna stared at Jess with disappointment. Jess shook her head and ran out the door. Jenn helped Castiel up.
"Are you okay?" She asked him. He nodded. She looked at their guests. "I think you guys should leave.... its not safe being around when she's like this."
"Is she okay?" Robert asked. Jenn looked down and hesitated.
"She'll be fine." Joanna responded. "The amount of power inside of her is a lot to handle. Not to much, just a lot. Good energy and bad energy. Leave her be. Thats the best way to handle it." The guys and Scarlett left silently. After the door was shut Jenn looked at Joanna.
"What is going on.. what does all this mean?" She asked quietly. "How are you a nephilim???"
"My mother was an angel. My father was not. Resulting in me. A nephilim. I then grew up and married her father! Who I, later then, found out was an angel. A full blown angel." She smiled. "Thats why her mom was one of the greatest hunters, because since her father is an angel and i am a nephilim it resulted in Victoria being extremely powerful."
"Does Jessica know your husband is an angel??" Castiel asked. Joanna shook her head.
"Absolutely not! The only people who knows who and what my husband really is, was Vic and I. We nicknamed him Phil. But he is a very strong and well known angel." Castiel furrowed his eyebrows.
"Who is he?" He asked. Out of no where a man popped up from behind Cas.
"It's me!" The man said. Castiel turned around. Shocked he whispered:
"Balthazar...." He gave the man a hug. "I thought you were dead." Balthazar pointed at him.
"Exactly! It was the only way for Jessica not to find out i'm her grandfather or the other way around. It was pretty easy too. It's almost like once an angel dies all the others grieve for a whole 4 seconds and then forget about you for almost 22 years!" Castiel looked sort of embarrassed.
"Balthazar I never forgot about you."
"It's okay buddy. No harm done! So what's going on with Jessica?" This time Jenn spoke up.
"The real question is what the hell ISN'T up with her?? She's half demon half angel and the tiny sliver of humanity she has left inside her is fighting both halfs and she's slowly growing more and more psychotic. She's violent and she looks like Death came up to her and smacked her in the face. I wake up EVER DAMN MORNING WONDERING IF SHES ALIVE BECAUSE I CANNOT THINK OF ONE THING THAT IS NOT WRONG WITH HER." After Jenns explosion, Cas, Balthazar and Joanna stood there and starred at her. "WHAT?"
"Nothing." Balthazar started. "She's going to be okay. It'll all pass. She'll learn to cope and the violence and anger wont be able to get past her control."
"How do you know she'll be okay??? It didn't happen to you!!" Jenn argued back.
"Her cousin Tracy has the same power Jessica does." Joanna glared at Balthazar after he said that. "Oh Hell.. i wasn't supposed to say that." Jenns face was full of surprise. She then shook her head.
"Okay no. We'll deal with this later. Jess is somewhere out there we have to go find her before she gets someone.. or herself killed." They all left the bunker to look for Jessica.
