I nod, "im sorry i ruined the whole day, im a dumbass.." She shakes her head "no- it's fine..but pais. While she stays at the hospital- can you uh.. Can you stay at my house? I don't want to be alone" I nod "yeah sure."

We're walking back to her house and the sun is starting to set. Im carrying sumi's plush bear on my back, and sumi is walking next to me. The whole walk there is quiet. We get to her house and she goes upstairs, i set the plush on the couch.

I go upstairs to change. I grab my oversized shirt and some black shorts, i put them on and i take my hair down. My mom, is sick, this is great, amazing..it makes me feel bad for going on that cruise without her, but i know she'd want me to go. Knock knock "sumi?" Pais soft voice calms me. I open it "yeah?" He's holding my teddy. He Hands me it, i place it on the ground next to my bed and i sit in-between the stubby legs. "You okay?" He walks in, yeah. He picks the teddy bear up, "hey, who's this boy?" He sets the teddy on the ground "square up mate" I laugh. He smiles i do too, "he's my new boyfriend pais" He gasp really loud "whAT" I giggle and i stand up and grab the teddy "he's my boyyyfrieeend" Pais grabs the teddy and gives it a big punch in the face. I grab the Teddy's hand and slap pais. He gasps again, "OWOWOWOWOWIIEIEIEIEIEIEIE!" he pretends to cry and i make the teddy pet him. We begin to laugh a lot. I yawn, i grab the teddy and put it in the corner, "he's in time out now" Pais laughs. I turn on my fairy lights and i turn off the lights. I lay down on my bed, "imma go to the other room." Pais opens the door. "No! Pais lay down with mee!" I pat my bed "come on!" He smiles. "Fine" And he lays next to me. I smile, and i look at the teddy. He wraps his arms around me from behind, his arms are warm.
"Pais" I say "hm?" I move my hair from my face. "My friend invited me to a cruise, wanna go?" I ask "sure." I smile "yay."

I feel safe in his warm arms.
