I Just Want Your Heart

Chapter 2

(Alice's P.O.V)
I slowly wake up and open my eyes. I was in a hospital bed? I don't remember going to the hospital. I look down and see that I'm still in my clothes from yesterday.

My ankle was covered up which means someone was touching me in my sleep without me knowing. I didn't care if they just fixed my ankle, I hate it when people touch me when I'm asleep. My parents weren't even allowed to touch me and they were my parents! I shake my head and look around the room some more.

It was like I was in a hospital but now that I think of it, it's way to dark to be a hospital. The walls are made of concrete it looks like. There are cracks on the walls, it looked more like a dungeon more than anything.

I hear the door open and I look in that direction. "Alice, you're awake." The stranger says. The stranger looked to be a male, wearing a suit and tie. He had no face, wait! How the hell did the thing see or talk? And how did he know my name?! "I am not a thing, my name is Slenderman. I knew your name because you kept mumbling it in your sleep." Slenderman says and I just nod because I am not going to talk! I don't want to die! "Child, I am not going to hurt you. I had you brought here so I could help you." Slender says. "I am not a child, and what do you mean by help me? I don't need help." I huff and cross my arms.

"Yes you do, you are not human anymore." Slender says. I look at him confused. "Not human anymore? What do you mean by that?" I ask and tilt my head slightly. "You are a zombie, those things that ruined that party, those were also zombies. I do not know why you can talk. Most who change can not talk or think. You on the other hand can." Slender walks closer to me. "I knew those legends were true!" I smile slightly but frown.

"Does this mean my friend is a zombie?" I was sad to say the least. Slender sighs and slowly nods. "I'm afraid so child." Slender than stands up straight and holds out his hand. I look at it and shake my head. "I don't do contact, I hate it." I didn't take his hand. He puts his hand down. "I did not know that." He pauses then looks at the door.

"I have people you need to meet. Follow me." Slender says and walks out the door. I follow behind him and keep my head down. I didn't really know what to think of all this. I look back up and see Slender looking at me. "What? Why are you staring?" I shrink slightly since I'm not used to having people stare at me. "I'm sorry but I just realized that we don't have a room for you to sleep in. You will have to share with someone." He says and I sigh. "Of course I do, because why not." I shake my head and chuckle slightly. "What is so funny?" Slender asks. "Oh nothing, nothing at all." I smile and follow him into the living room.

The living room was huge, it had five couches, a big screen tv, six arm chairs, and a lot of consoles. I kept glancing at the consoles, maybe I could ask if I could play a game sometime. I look at Slender who was just shaking him head. I notice four people on one of the many couches.

One was twitching, probably has a disorder that causes him to twitch, another was cleaning a knife and had a smile carved on their face, the third one was eating a kidney which made me look away, the last one was eating cheesecake. More people came downstairs making me hide being Slender a bit.

"We have someone new with us. Her name is Alice and she will be staying with us for a while." Slender says. Some people nod, others groan, and some have perverted looks on their face. "Hi! I'm Sally." A little girl says and I just wave. I was to scared to talk at the moment. "I'm Eyeless Jack or Ej for short." The one eating the kidney says. I just wave at him.

After everyone got done introducing themselves, they all left except the ones on the couch. They just went back to what they were doing. Slender tells me to sit so I just sit in an arm chair far away from everyone else.

I hated socializing and this was just making my anxiety go up. Slender disappeared upstairs leaving me alone with Ej, Jeff, Toby, and Masky. Jeff kept staring at me but I ignored him.

I suddenly feel someone standing beside me making me look to see who it was. Ej was just staring at me making me shrink. "Slender wants me to show you around." He says and I simply nod. I get off the arm chair and follow him into a room. It was the kitchen and dining room.

There was nothing much since it was just a kitchen and dining room. I follow Ej upstairs and into a bedroom. The bedroom had two twin beds in it. They were both different shades of blue. The carpet was black and there were jars of organs on one side of the room.

I look at Ej as he clears his throat. "You will be staying with me now, the bathroom is next to your bed so don't worry about it. We both have our own bathrooms." He rubs the back of his neck and I simply nod.

My stomach growls and I blush in embarrassment. "Let's go get you something to eat." Ej says and I follow him back to the kitchen.  He opens the fridge and motions for me to look at what I want.

I look in the fridge and just slowly point to a kidney in a jar. Ej looks at me and I just look away in embarrassment. I hear him open a jar and I see him holding out a kidney to me. "Here, I can always get more." Ej says and I slowly grab it from him.

I eat it quickly and was avoiding looking at him. "So, we have Mrs. Cannibal and Mr. Cannibal." Someone says and I look in the direction of the voice. BEN was sitting on the counter smirking at us. I still haven't talked and silently ask Ej if we could go back to his, I mean our room.

Ej nods and leads us back to our room. I sit on my bed and kept my eyes on the floor. "Can you talk?" Ej asks and I slowly nod. "Do you want to?" He asks and I shake my head. "Why not?" He asks and I finally look at him. I was scared and just shrug in response. Ej then sighs and leaves for a bit.

I lay on the bed and hide underneath the covers. I fall asleep after a minute of silently crying.

I wake up and open my eyes. I was on the floor with Ej looking at me. I scramble back slightly and hit my head on my bed. I groan slightly and frown. "You ok?" Ej asks and I nod.

I slowly stand up and sit on my bed. I then realize I have no clothes to wear. "Don't worry, you can wear my clothes. It seems we are the same size." Ej says and I simply nod.

After an awkward moment of silence he hands me some clothes. They were all black and I smile slightly. Black was my favorite color. I look at Ej and nod in thanks. He then leaves the room.

I walk in my bathroom and close and lock the door. I put the clothes on the sink and get undressed. I hop in the shower after I turned on the water and it was hot enough.

I hum quietly to myself as I wash my hair and body. After I was done I rinse off and get out of the shower. I get dressed and brush my (h/l) (h/c). I walk out of the bathroom to see Ej without a shirt on.

A small blush forms on my cheeks and I just slam the bathroom door closed with me inside. I sit on the toilet, with the lid down, and cover my face. Someone knocks on the door and I slowly open it. I see Ej with a shirt on and he seems to be embarrassed.

"I thought you would take longer." Ej looks away and I simply giggle. "At least you weren't naked." I smile and Ej looks at me. I could tell he was surprised by the way he looked. "That would have been ten times as worse." He says and I nod. "At least I took longer in the shower then I normally do." I shrug and giggle again.

"Food should be done, let's go before the others get there." He says and I nod. I follow him to the kitchen to see Slender cooking. I was surprised that he could cook. No one else was there except Slender, Masky, Ej, and I.

Slender puts food on the table and Ej makes me sit next to him. He didn't make me, more like asked me and then sat next to me.

Masky was just staring at Ej and me, he was eating cheesecake. I wonder if I could have cheesecake. Slender gives Ej and I kidneys on a plate.

He gave me one and Ej five. He then gave me cheesecake making my eyes light up.  Masky was now just staring at me and only me. I look down and was very uncomfortable. I ate the kidney and cheesecake pretty fast and was now just waiting for Ej to finish.

I go to wash my plate but Slender takes the plate away. I frown and look at him. "I could of washed my own plate." I mumble quietly and he chuckles. "I do everything around here." Slender then pushes me put of the kitchen and I frown.

I sit on the arm chair that is farther away from everything and just play with my sleeves.
