You hear your dad screaming at you guys to get up.
You and your sister Vanessa wake up in fear of your abusive dad.As the two of u actually get up you look out the car window to see your new home.Your dad gets out of the truck to greet the moving men.You decide to get out of the truck and go grab your boxes for your room.
"Ness we should probably go get our boxes and pick out our rooms" you say with exciment to cheer her up.
She jumps up and donw and grabs on of her boxes. You both explore your new house, Ness finds her room that she wants which is on the top floor. You dicide that you should be the next room over just in case our dad starts something.
As you set your box donw you look at your room and your onw new bathroom. As you look out side the window you see your next door neighbor which are outside cook something on the grill.
You get interrupted by the moving man so they can put in your bed. As they finish you thank them as they go get the rest of the boxes for your room. Now your room is full of moving boxes,you start to unpack and you open your window to let in some fresh air in. You get your phone and speakerand put on your favorite singer Bryson Tiller.
You get half of the boxes unpacked when you hear your dad scream. "GIRLS GET DONW HERE NOW." As you walk out of your room you meet your sister. She has fear all over her face. You hug her and tell her she will be fine. But that was a lie you never knew what your dad would do.
You two walk donw and see a women,very pretty, and your dad. Girls this is Mrs. Dolan. Your dad tells you and your sister that we will be having dinner with her and her family. As you walk to her house you began to get nervous because....well you dont know why you are nervous because you are just are.
She leads you through her house to back wear you see an older guy a girl that looks older but maybe late teens and you see two people that look the same?!?!?! You play it off that your not confused because your totally are. She introduced us to her husband Sean, he daughter Cameron, and her twins Grayson and Ethan
As you get to know the both of the twins because there were your age you look over to Vanessa checking out Ethan. You laugh to yourself. "What you laughing at?" Grayson asked You point at your sister who has gone all googley eyes on Ethan. "I think my sister likes Ethan." You too look at each other and laugh. Everyone looks over to you and Grayson. You both go silent. "I think Ethan likes your sister."
GRAYSON'S POV
I go talk to Emma and it turns out she going to the same school as me and i am so happy because, Emma is so beautiful. I am already falling for her. After we eat Emma and her family gose home. We say our goodbyes. Emma gives me her number so we can "text". I go to Ethan to see him texting somebody. To my surprise its Vanessa. "Hey bro you got her number."
"Who you talking about"? Ethan asked like he didnt know the answer.
"Vanessa's dumby"!!!!!! "Oh yeah why? Did you get Emma's? Ethan said.
"First anwser me this do you like Vanessa"?
Y-yeah i guess, do you like Emma you seem to hit it off with her". "Yes i got Emma's number and i guess i have feelings for her".
"Since they are new to Jersey I think we should take them to go swimming and show them some cool spots here".
"Sounds like a plain."
I text Emma to see if her and Vanessa are up for it.
EMMA'S POV
You get home as ness runs upstairs to her room with her phone in her hands smiling at it. You run up to her room to see her texting someone.
"Hey butt who texting?!" You snoop over to her phone and see shes texting Ethan.
"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YOUR TEXTING ETHAN!!!!!"
"SHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" She screams
I laugh as i throw a pillow at her. She truns her phone off.
"Hey Emma do you like Grayson"?
"I mean yeah i think so i mean i don know"?
"Do you like Ethan"?
She looks donw and says yes.
I get a text from Grayson
Grayson🤓: Hey r u up to go swimming tomorrow with your sister vanessa
Me: sure wut time?
Grayson🤓: ummmmmmmmmmmmmm 1230 so we can take you guys to our favorite pizza place
Me: ok see u than......goodnight✌
You tell ness whats going on tomorrow and i am excited but also scared because of your bruises. You look and it looks like most of them are healed. But you scars from cutting are still noticeable on your wrists. You usually wear a sweatshirt to hide them.
Ness's bruises are healed and she has no cuts. You both go to bed in your room because she is scared that dad might come and hurt her. Before you go to bed you lock your door as you hear your phone ping.
Grayson🤓: night cant wait till tomorrow
I smile and turn off my phone. My eyes start to get heavy as i fall asleep.
