Jungkook pulled his trousers back up and threaded his belt through the hoops as Sulli did the last of her buttons. He had to admit, that was very exhilarating even for him. He wasn't planning to go this far with her, but he thought might as well. She was actually really good. Just now was only a quick round, but he'd love to do it with her properly in the future as he quite enjoyed it.
"Sulli," Jungkook called out.
She was evidently not back to her usual, determined self. She shook her head a little and looked at me, "Huh?"
"Are you alright?" he asked. He knew she probably needed help to walk after this.
"Yes, yes, I'm good," Sulli replied. She grabbed her purse and tried to stand up. He quickly held out his hand to steady her as she wobbled a little.
"Thank you," she muttered. He reached out and smooth a hair that was sticking out from the back of her head. She seemed to lean into his touch now.
He escorted her out of his office and back down to the lobby of the Blaze building. He called a taxi for her and made sure she knew that he was up for more in the future. She seemed pretty happy to hear that.
He took the lift back up and went into Yoongi's office to see him. He realised Eunjung and the man that walked into him with Sulli were there. The man's name was Mr Goo and Jungkook knew that he was vying for an executive position in FIRE.
Eunjung chuckled and said, "Oh look, the man in question is here. Let's talk to him directly about it."
Yoongi was smiling too. "Jungkook, come here."
Jungkook did as he was told and went to stand next to Mr Goo in front of Yoongi's desk. He knew where this was going.
"Say what you said to us again," Yoongi ordered the man, humour in his eyes.
"But-" Mr Goo glances between his boss and Jungkook, unsure whether to proceed.
"Go on," Eunjung encouraged.
Mr Goo coughed and said, "I... saw Executive Jeon in his office... with a girl."
Yoongi prompted, "And what were they doing?"
"They were... He was on top of her..." Mr Goo seemed too embarrassed to continue. Yoongi and Eunjung finally couldn't hold it in anymore and they bursted into laughter. Mr Goo was completely shocked for the second time of the day.
When Yoongi's laughter slowed enough so he could speak, he said to Mr Goo, "You can go now."
The man threw Jungkook another gaze of daggers before scurrying out of the boss of FIRE's office.
Jungkook stepped forward and said, "Hey come on now, guys. Don't laugh, I was only doing what you asked me to do."
Eunjung wiped a bit of tears that had formed at the corner of her eyes and said, "I can't believe you got caught making out with a girl in your office!"
Yoongi sighed dramatically and echoed her, "Eunjung, can you believe I'm paying Jungkook to fool around with girls during work hours?"
Jungkook rolled his eyes, slightly embarrassed by his friends' endless teasing. "Well, at least I'm doing well with the mission you gave me!"
"That's true," Yoongi said. "That is some quick progress you are making with Sulli."
Eunjung continued, "I swear I heard some moaning from my office!" She then started laughing again, so much that she had to hold on to Yoongi's desk.
"Eunjung!" Jungkook exclaimed. "Please!"
"Alright, alright," Eunjung came and patted him on the shoulder. "See you later, you fuckboy." And she left Yoongi's office.
Jungkook sighed. He knew he would be teased for this for an eternalty by the two.
"Mr Goo really hates you," Yoongi remarked after Eunjung left.
"Yea, he does," Jungkook said. "But I think it's more that he wants my position."
Yoongi shook his head. "What a joke. Is he really so dumb he can't tell that you can't be touched by the likes of him?"
Jungkook felt a little warmness in his chest hearing Yoongi say that. He loved his friendship with Yoongi and Eunjung. "Anyway, I asked Sulli to join FIRE as a way to get her to stay-"
"Not that you need it with your... charms," Yoongi interrupted.
Jungkook sighed again. "Yes. So was that ok?"
"Yes, of course. We did the same with Yerin. I don't see a problem with accepting Sulli into FIRE."
"I don't think she will take the offer though," Jungkook added. "She seems reluctant."
"As long as you do your job, I'm sure she will be under control either way."
"Sulli doesn't seem to be too much to handle. Have you got the rest of her profile from Dr Kim?"
"Yes, I have," Yoongi pulled out a document from his second drawer and slid it across his desk for Jungkook. "Take a look."
Jungkook took hold of it and flipped through it. He saw the information that he already knew, that her parents were killed by Jimin, that she lived alone near Yoongi's mansion, that she began working for Dr Kim. But the part that interested him was the newly added 'personality' section. He decided to take the profile with him to have a good read.
"What's your plan?" Yoongi asked.
Jungkook nodded. "I plan to give her a false lead to who the Busan Killer really is."
"That's fine." Yoongi put hand to his forehead and sighed. "I wish Jimin would just have been quieter with his kills and not take up this whole 'Busan Killer' mantle. Things would have been so much easier."
"That's true," Jungkook said. "But then without that we might have never met Yerin. She's nice, I like her. And now she can help us get rid of Bludhood."
"Speaking of that," Yoongi said, "I'm going to screen our Nakdong cocaine production line now. Tell Yerin and Taehyung to meet me there."
"Sure, Boss," Jungkook said, but his mind was on Sulli.
