"You need to work in your dodges! You're always getting hit by attacks that could've been easily avoided!" Coach shawn continued to lecture. "You also need to work on your stamina and speed! You are the slowest werewolf I've ever met!" The classmates behind me burst into giggles as I stand doubled over trying to catch me breath. I can feel myself heating up with embarrassment as I listen to my class laugh at me. I turn to Coach Shawn and glare. I quickly kicked him in his shin and run out the gym. I decided to go out to the garden behind the school to calm myself down. As I round a corner I bump into someone and fall back. I land with an unaudible thud as the person I bumped into was still standing firm. I quickly spring myself up and run around the person with out looking at their face.
"Sorry!" I yelled back at them without looking back.
"Hey wait!" The person yells for me but I keep going.
By the sound of their voice its safe to assume that I ran into a guy.( A/N I know its 2018 and you shouldn't go assuming genders and yadda yadda. But this is a story so deal with it) I reached the double doors that lead out to the garden and go straight out. I look out to see all sorts of flowers and colors. Red roses, yellow sunflowers, White dandelions, lavender etc. I find the tree that I always go to in the middle of an empty grass field and sit down.
"I guess coach was right. I really do need to work on my stamina," I said to myself breathless. "But still, he didn't need to say it in frount of the entire class!" I stay at the tree until I have calmed all the way down. I check my phone for the time and see that I have 15 minutes of class left. I decide to go back to so I can shower and change out of the P.E uniform. I walk back towards the gym and slip into the girls locker room. There was no one in there so I grabbed my body wash and sponge out of my locker and went into a shower stall. I take a quick shower and change into my regular clothes. After I was done I gathered my stuff and walked out. I looked at the time on my phone and saw there was now seven minutes left of class. As I passed the gym doors I could hear coach telling the the class that class was over and they could head to the locker rooms to change. I decided to head out to my next period which is math. Considering I hate math and we have a test today, I walked extra slow. I was halfway to class when the bell rang. Somehow some of the girls from my P.E class reached me in less than a minute and started to pick on me.
"Hey Anastasia, were you able to get far when you ran out of class? You know with your low stamina and all." Lauren said as her friends laughed. I ignored her and continued walking. She and her friends followed me until we got to the stairs.
" Anastasia, dodge this!" Megan said as she kicked me in the ass and I fell down the stairs. I lay at the bottom of the stairs aching in pain all over as the stood at the top of the stairs of the stairs laughing their tiny asses off.
"I..... hope y'all...... choke.... ngh...... and fucking die!" I gasped in pain. They continued to laugh as the walked away. I slowly tried to stand up as the warning bells rang indicating that the time to get to class is almost up. When I finally got up I walked the rest of the way to my class holding my stomach. I made it to my class and walked in right before the late bell rang. I slowly walked over to my seat in the back of the room.
"May I ask why you were almost late Anastasia?" Mrs. Kim asked.
"No reason." I replied. Mrs. Kim then turned to the class and proceeded to give out the directions for the test. I took out a pencil and my calculator. When I got the test I immediately knew I was going to fail. I started to zone out and think about all that happened today so far.
"I wonder if that guy that I ran into earliar is alright. I mean I did hit him pretty hard even though he didnt yet knocked over. I kinda feel bad that I didnt give him a proper apology. I was in a hurry for like no reason. Well I probably would have yelled at him if I did go back cause of the mood that I was in." I thought to myself. I glanced up at the clock on the wall and saw that I had only ten minutes left of class. " fuck! How long was I zoned out for? Danm I'm never gonna finish!" I quit started o bubble in random answers. I had gone through half the test when Mrs. Kim asked for the test back. I fastened my pace to try and get it all done.
"Um... Anastasia, I dont have your test." Mrs. Kim walked up to my desk and took the test with 10 questions in answered. Mrs. Kim walked back to her table with my test in her face. She walked behind it to face me, put my test down and frowned. I turned away from her gaze and waited for the bell to ring.
After what felt like an hour of awkward waiting, the bell rang to go to our next period. Science.
As I walked out of class I met up with my best friend Amnesia.
"Oh my god Ana! Where the hell have you been? I've been looking for you fucking everywhere!" Amnesia exclaimed.
"Um did you happen to check my math class? I asked sarcasticly.
"..... Noo..." Amnesia blushed. "Anyway I've got big news! There have been rumors going around that there's a vampire in this school!"
