I Didn't Know

Chapter 4 - Suprise

It was at the end of the day and I was at my locker waiting for James. When he finally came, he looked lost like a little puppy dog.

"Did you have any troubles?" I said sarcastically.

"Nah. Just I still need to get used to this place. But, I'm glad that I found you. I didn't want you to wait too long."

I think he is trying to flirt with me but I guess I'll just go with it.

"So, are you doing anything after school? If you aren't, I've got something special that we have to do." 

I was intrigued. I decided to go because I had nothing better to do. Nothing was better than this actually. I have the opportunity to hangout with this handsome man. Who would turn that down?

"Ok, I'll come. I just have to text my mom first to tell her I'm going. She's a safety mom."

 "Ha ha, it's alright. Let's go. We are going in my dune buggy."

""Wow, I've always wanted to ride one of those!"

"Cool. It takes about a half hour to get to my house because I basically a mountain man." He winked.

"Ok, "Wolf Boy" lets go."

He widened his eyes when I called him wolf boy. I guess he got offended by that, but oh well.

On our way to his car, I noticed that his eyes were going blue. Weird. I decided to ask him about that.

"Hey, why are your eyes turning blue?"

With hesitation, "I bought eye color changing contacts. I thought they would be cooler than regular ones."

"That's true. So, what's the suprise?"

"I can't tell you. That's why i called it a suprise."

"Fine then. This better be good" I winked.
