Do you still hate PE with a burning passion? Well, keep running, sucker.
I know you're sticking your tongue out right now, but physical activity is good for you, whether or not you like it. So please exercise. It doesn't have to be rigorous, as long as you keep your heart rate up a little. Remember to stretch beforehand and then cool down after.
Stay healthy. Don't worry about dieting. Your body is perfect the way it is. Just carry out some exercises, okay? For me, at least? I'll be back before you know it to run with you again.
