Prologue
I don't know where I am. I am running. I'm not sure where to, I'm not sure what from. All I know is that if I stop, I'm going to have a real huge problem to deal with, I already have enough stuff going on in my life without having to deal with Mom or Marcus. I just have to keep running. Then everything will be okay. I know it will. I just have to keep moving forward.

Chapter 1; The Question
I think I've lost him. He seemed to give up chasing me after the third time I went through the park. What's happened to him? Marcus used to be so sweet, and now... He's turned into a psycho, trying to turn me in because the police say I'm a wanted criminal! I mean, what? Me? A wanted criminal? God above, my life is so totally screwed up. The weirdest thing is, Marcus won't even tell me what I've done wrong to become a wanted criminal. He says that "It'll upset you too much, Jude. Just let me take you to the police, and they'll explain.". Pffff, screw him then. I turn twenty in October, and- October. That was when he took me for our 'surprise dinner'... I can remember it so clearly.
Even though I don't want to.
It just hurts.
🌟FLASHBACK🌟
"Juuude! Mom wants you in the kitcheeen!"
I groaned, and rolled over to face the wall. I felt so warm and comfy in my duvet. I shut my eyes, and tried to go back to sleep, when my sister comes running in and screeches in my ear. God, how was it possible for a 12 year old to have a louder voice than me, who was a good seven years older than her? And in case you're wondering, yes I do still live with my mom. Sue me.
"Go away, Lily. And get Molly to stop sniffing me."
Molly is our dog, BTW. Not a person. That would be weird.
"I can't leave yet, Jude, mom says there's someone waiting for you outside, so come on!"
The last two words were accompanied by two overly vigorous shakes from my sister. If mom weren't sure I was wrong in the head before, then she would be now. I sat upright, and took a glance out of my window, which was opposite my bed. I took note of the bench opposite our house, the rose bush which was wilting (mental note; tell mom), Marcus, my motorbike, our garden gno-
Wait, Marcus was waiting outside? I shoved Lily off my bed, who protested with a disgruntled 'ow!', and started frantically searching through my wardrobe and dresser for something to wear. I pulled out various outfits and laid them on my bed, told Lily to choose one. I then ran into the bathroom (grabbing my make-up bag on the way), and started frantically searching for my hairbrush which, for some reason, was in the bathtub. Don't... Just don't ask.
I brushed my hair, occasionally making the odd remark (which was 'ow'), and put on some mascara and gloss. I then ran back through to my bedroom where Lily was walking around in my heels. I grabbed the dress she'd chosen, which was a baby pink, low-cut maxi dress and my nude gladiator sandals, accesorised with a single golden bangle, and a golden heart locket Marcus got me for our one-year anniversary. I know it seems a bit fancy for 9.00am in the morning, but I figured we'd be spending the whole day together.
"Thankyou Lily! Tell mom I'm getting breakfast with Marcus!" I yelled as I ran downstairs, trying to ignore the kissy noises Lily was making. I flew out of our front door, and...
There he was. My perfect, Calvin Klein model, animal-nature-people loving boyfriend. He smiled when he saw me, and scooped me up into a warm hug.
"Hey. How are you?" he whispered in my ear. God, that voice makes me melt. Imagine Edward Cullen mixed with... um... Imagine Edward Cullen when he's seducing Bella. That's how he talks. To me. All the time.
