Lumine x Kody oneshots

~Deadly love~

Ok! So here is an AU oneshot I came up with where Kody is an assassin and Lumine is his target! In this world Aiden was killed when Kody was still really young and Kody was left to fend for himself and he was eventually taken in and trained to be an assassin since he couldn't use his magic. Anyways I won't spoil the rest and let you read!

Kody sat in the break room boredly scrolling through his phone when he heard his boss calling him. Kody sighed annoyed as his boss called him into his office. "I have a mission for you Kody." He said. "Ok who's the target?" He asked. "A boy about your age named Lumine he's a weredog but we highly suspect he's the werewolf we've been looking for in the past few months. He is currently attending the school we have enrolled you in. Your job is to get close to him and when he least suspects it I want you to kill him." His boss told him. "Ok. It's done." Kody said getting up and walking out with the same bored expression on his face. "Good. I expect a lot out of you Kody nothing less the best." His boss said and Kody nodded and walked out. The secretary handed him a box. "It's everything you'll need for the mission." She said and he nodded taking the box. He pulled a paper out of the box. It included the deadline for the mission and address of the apartment where he would be staying along with his backstory. He walked outside to where a bike was waiting.

  He closed up the box and set it in the basket and rode towards his temporary home for the time being. He soon arrived there and digging through the box some more he found a key to the apartment. He unlocked it and walked inside. Everything was fully furnished. He closed and locked the door then began looking around. There was a gaming system the fridge was stocked. Everything was taken care of. He sat down on the couch and began reading the paper again. Inside were a couple of Lumine's files. One of them contained a picture of him. It showed a nervous looking boy with with white fluffy ears and hair and the most interesting eyes. One was blue and the other was a blue and yellow eye. He found them kind of captivating. Such a shame he'd be the cause of those lovely eyes closing forever. He finished reading over everything and then turned on the tv. After an hour or so he heard a knock on the door. He sighed annoyed and ignored it. A couple seconds later someone knocked again. He sighed and got up and looked through the peephole. It was Lumine. He opened the door.

 "H-Hi! I heard someone new was moving in! I figured I'd come by and say hi!" Lumine said cheerfully. "Oh and I brought cookies!" Lumine said offering Kody the plate of cookies in his hands. He didn't really wanna let him in but unfortunately the job was to get close to him. "Thanks.." Kody said quietly. "No problem! And if you don't mind me asking where are your parents?" Lumine asked. "On a trip." He said in a careless tone. "Oh ok!" Lumine said. "Yep." Kody said blankly. "Wait is that Star wars you're watching?!" Lumine practically shouted moving more into Kody's apartment. "Yeah..why?" Kody asked getting annoyed. "I love Star wars! Can I watch with you please??" Lumine begged. "Can't you just watch it at your apartment?" Kody asked. "I could but I want someone to talk about it with! No one ever wants to.." He said sadly. "Fine." Kody said. "Wait really?!" Lumine asked excitedly his tail wagging and eyes sparking with excitement. "Yeah now come in before I change my mind." He said making room for Lumine to walk through. "I'm only doing this for the mission." He assured himself as something inside him sparked. He was only doing this for the mission. Right? Right. The two sat down and proceeded to watch the rest of the movie. 

Lumine eventually fell asleep leaning against him. Kody looked at the sleeping Lumine. Not even he could deny that this was a cute sight. "No stop! Don't catch feelings for him!" He mentally shouted at himself. Eventually he ended up waking up Lumine who was a blushing spluttering mess as he frantically apologized for falling asleep. Kody told him he didn't really care he fell asleep and that he should go since they both have school tomorrow. Lumine nodded went back to his apartment. Kody watched for a moment and then closed his door and got ready for bed. The next morning he reluctantly got up and got ready. By the time he was ready and had eaten breakfast he heard a knock at the door. It walked over and opened it. It was Lumine.
