  I wake up with the sunlight's warmth on my face and my radio playing music. I get my clothes and take them to my bathroom and I jumped into my shower. the water was warm and welcoming. when I was done in the shower I dried off and put on so black leggings and a blue tank top with a black Jean jacket with black high heels. I dried my hair and put it in a lose pony tail. I do a last check in the mirror and head downstairs. I bump into spike in the kitchen and he gives me some tea. I don't know why Giles does not like him. he said " do you want to do some sparring". I said " sure".  I barely sparred with spike but when I did it was because no one else would. I decided to not ask why he asked  me  to spar with him. I just fought my hardest but I still got pinned. he said I did good but my stances a little off. I practiced my stance but after awhile we went back upstairs with everyone else. we went back to kitchen and there stood dad. he said " since you have the rest of the week to goof off would you like to do some research with me". I said "about what". dad said " various demons that could be the new monster that we must vanquish". I said " sure why not" . I had over to Giles  house. we made a list of demons in one hour. then we went to grab some lunch. I had a ceaser salad. Giles had a chicken salad sandwich. then we went back to work and mad another list in 1 hour again. then he took me back to Buffy's and gave her the lists. I went upstairs while they talked about the demons. I wanted to sleep. I finally make it to my room and I hear someone is in there. so I go in carefully that is when I find out it was spike. I said "what do you want". spike said" waiting for you love. i wanted to talk to you alone without anyone butting in". i said"well what do you want to talk about". spike said" you don't like the way they treat you do you". i said"well they treat me like part of the gang and that at least keeps me occupied but i do wish for some time for myself if that is wht you mean". he said" that is not the best for a girl like you. you need adventure and fun". i said" i have enough right here now if you don't mind i want to sleep so get out of my room". spike got up and walked toward the door but stopped. he truned and loked at me and said"if you ever want some real fun look me up". at that he opened the door and left. i sighed and got into pj's and snuggled into my warm bed and i could not help but think about what he said and relized he might have a point but after a while of thinking i slowly drifted of into sleep.
