The school day was over and Stiles had just gotten home. When he got home he was surprised to see that his dads car was there. But also his broken jeep.
Stiles p.o.v
Oh so that's why it didn't feel like a lie.
I walk into my house to see my dad on the sofa. I wonder why he's home?
-dad?
I say, shaking him whilst doing so.
-wake up dad!
He shot out of the sofa.
-sorry didn't mean to scare you
I said and he smiled and settled down again.
-so dad, how come your not at work?
I ask, still having the question in my mind.
-I'd rather do my work at home, after all it's only paper work
Dad said sounding kind of tired.
-dad go take a nap, I will clean up here. He nods and thanks me.
The living room is a mess. I quickly clean up.
When I am finished I go up into my room, to find Derek sitting on my bed. I smile, feeling his presence already making me get butterflies in my stomach.
I walk over and kiss him on the cheek. He smiles and looks up at me. Then back down and his smile drops.
Derek p.o.v
I have to tell him. I have to just come out with it. It's my decision as well as his. Okay stay nice and calm Derek.
-hey babe
I say looking back up at him. He looks over to me and sits next to me on the bed.
-hi, are you okay? What's wrong?
He says getting straight to the point.
-well I was thinking about the whole telling your friends thing...
-yeah?
He said with a confused look on his face.
-well I was thinking we could wait longer to tell them?
He looks up at me and has a sad expression on his face.
-do you not want anyone to know about us? Are you embarrassed? It's because I'm me isn't it?
He said nearly crying. I could see the tears building in his eyes.
-noo, of course not babe, I love you, I just want us to have our tie before we share it with everyone
I said smiling. He looked up and smiled at me.
-I love you too, and okay we can wait
He said and kissed me on the lips.
The rest of that night we snuggled on his bed. Until his dad came in to wish him good night and I had to jump off he bed and hide in his bathroom. He laughed as his dad walked out of his room and I came out from in the bathroom.
-that was close
He said laughing, making me smile. We then kissed good night and I went home.
