Gilbert Residence

Eliot and Stella are lying on Eliot's bed together, conversing about the previous day's events.

"Stella, who was that man in the road?"

"I don't know. Do you remember anything else about him?"

"I wish. I never really saw his face. He was wearing a hoodie. All I can remember is that there were these black boots coming towards me"

"I brought some Vervain for, um – for you and Jensen." Stella grabs a box from the end of the bed. Eliot sits up straight and Stella opens the box. "And, um, I made this bracelet for Jemma, few extra ones for friends" Stella hands Eliot the bracelet. He takes it and observes it. "You can put it in jewelry, or you can even put it in food or drink, but as long as it's in you or on you, a vampire cannot control you" Stella hands Eliot a small vial of liquid Vervain.

"Wow. So much to remember" Eliot picks up a dried-up branch of Vervain from the box.

"I know, but there's another vampire in town. So, until we find out who it is and what he wants, we have to be careful" Eliot nods understandingly.

Downstairs, Jemma is sketching at the dining room table. The doorbell rings and Jemma gets up to answer it. A pizza delivery guy waits on the front porch.

"Hey. It's gonna be $22." He pulls out the pizza.

"Eliot, I need the money!" Jemma yelled up the stairs before turning back to the guy. "Uh, here. Come in. just put it on the table" Jemma walks back into the dining room.

The young man stands on the front porch for a moment longer before crossing the threshold into the house. He places the pizza on the table while Eliot comes down the stairs, retrieving the money from his wallet. "Hi. Um, keep the change" Eliot hands the money to Noah who takes it. Noah starts to walk backwards, out of the house, "Thanks. And you have yourself a good night" Eliot smiles and shuts the door. Noah turns around, pulls the hood of his sweater over his head, and walks down the steps of the porch. He's the vampire that caused Eliot's car accident and now he has been invited in his house.

Salvatore Boarding House

Stella walks into the library, books are strewn haphazardly across the room. When she enters, she sees Demi looking through the shelves and tossing aside books. Stella stops and looks at her "What are you looking for, Demi?"

"Not your concern"

"no, but putting Eliot in harm's way, that is my concern"

"Hm hm. What are you talking about?" Demi flips through a book, not looking up at Stella.

"I'm talking about Atlanta"

"Oh, yeah. Eliot and I had a blast" Demi looks away from her book and at Stella.

"I get it. You're just bitter because one of us gets to be with the person that we love, and poor Kasper is just out of reach. Unless there's another way for you to get into that tomb. Is that what Ben said?"

"You're pathetic when you're fishing"

"And you're transparent when you're deflecting"

"Don't you have school?" Demi grabs another book off the shelf. Stella walks out of the room and Demi looks up and watches her leave.
