Hu Yi Tian POV
I felt strong guilt when I let Fei’s hand bleeding. I didn’t do anything except to annoy her, I could feel her anger inside her that time.
“I should apologize” I said to myself, “but how?”
Then I remembered, Fei is going to take me out for a walk later. I should atleast be nice to her
I got up from my chair after shutting down my computer and I decided to take a shower.
...
After taking a shower I decides to go downstairs to get myself a glass of water, it’s for real this time.
As soon as I opened my door, I saw Fei with wait, Dylan? This is impossible.
I cleared my throat to finally interrupt them “I see, you’ve finally met my cousin” I folded my arms.
Fei’s lips puckered and nods her head. Hunan smiled and pulled me to hug me, “It’s been so long since we’ve seen each other Yi Tian”
“How are you?” he added. “Perfectly fine” I replied shortly and made my way downstairs.
I halted at the last two steps and turn to face both Fei and Dylan, “ Fei, take me out for a walk”
Fei gulped and nodded, “Okay then”
“See you later Fei” Dylan said before she leaves with me. I rolled my eyes
Guan Fei POV
“Are you a turtle? Can you walk a little bit faster?!” Yi Tian spoke as he watch me struggling to walk
“I can walk fast but how am I sppose to carry these plastic bags?”
Apparently the supposed to be just walk around the busy streets of Beijing turned out to be shopping. Yi Tian took mostly of the stuffs he likes whenever we go and the biggest stuffs he bought today was a givenchy purse bag, he’s probably going to give this to his girlfriend.
But, how rich is he, really?
“Oh great, let me help you and I’ll tell my mum about this” He threatened and I shook my head vigorously
This guy is beyond imaginable, “nevermind, just walk” I rolled my eyes earning a chuckle from him before continuing to walk, this time my pace got faster.
We stayed quiet in the midst of our walk along the street, I can totally use headphones right now because of the awkward atmosphere going on
I suddenly felt my toes getting cold for no apparent reason or maybe because of standing a bit long in this cold night. I leaned down and massage it gently
“What’s with you?” Yi Tian questioned, I shrug and continue to walk. I don’t want to complain. He isn’t going to help me, don’t even assume Fei this person you have to baby sit has no mercy
“Where do you think you’re going?” he stopped me from walking and I turn to face him, “We’re heading back home, aren’t we?”
He shook his head then pointed his index finger on the shop behind him, “I’m craving for an ice cream”
My jaw flung open, seriously? In this time and this weather? I’m freezing to death yet he’s craving for an ice cream?
“Are you serious?”
“I’m dead serious”
I rolled my eyes and gave in, as if I have a choice. He’s the mighty I should follow this whole month.
...
“Which flavor do you like?” he asked, I was too taken aback from my numb toes I kept on massaging it, not knowing Yi Tian was asking me.
“Hey” his husky voice echoed through my ears. I snapped out, “Oh? Did you say something?”
I caught him staring on my toes but soon looked away as soon as I spoke. He sighed in annoyance and starts place his orders , “I’m getting one vanilla ice cream”
Yi Tian POV
“right away sir,” the girl over the counter spoke. I turn to look at the table where Fei is sitting, she was too concern about her toes. I bet it’s freezing to death
I should get her a hot pack, it doesn’t really cost that much and it can totally ease the numbness
“Excuse me, can I also get this” I said whilst pointing the box of sealed hot pack
“Alright” the girl over the counter said before taking it out and scan them, I quickly put it on my pocket before I went to Fei’s table
I slump my back on the wooden chair, enjoying my treat. Fei’s expression hasn’t change I guess I’m the only one who’s having fun here
“here” I threw her the box of hot pack I recently bought. Her brows furrowed, “that would ease the numbness”
“These are lot, you can just buy one piece?” she responded, is she complaining? I bought that to help her, why is she acting like it was a burden?
“Are you complaining?”
“Uh, no. I’m just a bit concern, hot packs are best sellers right now I’m only using this for my numb toes” she said.
“Throw them if you want” I rolled my eyes, I only want a simple thank you from her, does she not get it?
Nevermind.
