  "Oh we gotta go soon" he said. "Go where?" I asked
"The studio" he said turning off the game. "What studio?" I asked. "Calpurnia" he finally said. I just said, "Oh". "Nick's taking me. You wanna come?" He asked. "Uh. Sure" I said both happy and nervous. "Kay" he said and yelled upstairs, "NICK GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE. LETS GO". Of course five minutes later he wobbles downstairs with the car keys in hand, "Kay". "Y/n's coming" Finn said grabbing his stuff. "Kay" Nick said again, and walked out to the car. I grabbed my stuff, and the two of us followed.

We got in the car. My stomach rumbled. It was 12:17. "Can we stop somewhere real quick and get food?" I asked. "Sure. Where do you wanna go?" Nick asked. "Waba Grill?" I said but it came out more as a question. (If you don't know what place that is, look it up, it's pretty basic). "Kay" he said and drove off.

We got there and parked. I grabbed my bag, and before I got out I said, "Do you guys want anything?". "No I'm good" Nick said. "Can you just get me a Gatorade?" Finn asked. "Sure" I said and got out. I went in, grabbed a random Gatorade and drink for me, then ordered a rice bowl with (choose: chicken, beef, or veggies). About five minutes later they gave me my food to go. I got back in the car and gave Finn his drink. Then drove off.

Nick dropped us off and said just to text him when we needed a ride back. We got inside and right away heard music. We got further in and saw a bunch of music equipment. Along with a long curly haired boy, who was on the drums. A blonde short haired boy sitting on the couch. And a girl with long straight hair on the guitar. The blonde one saw us coming in. He got up from the couch and gave Finn a 'bro hug'. Then he turned to me and smirked. "Oh so this is         Y/n", he said more towards Finn. I looked at Finn with a confused look. He told them about me? "Yeah..." Finn said, he knew what I was thinking. "Welp. I'm Jack by the way. That's Malcolm. And that's Ayla" the kid said pointing to the others. They finished playing and waved. I waved back. "This is a nice set up you guys have here" I said looking around. It was more than just instruments. They had huge speakers. An area for mixing. And a bunch of other stuff—no idea what they're called—that had way too many buttons. "Yeah. Hard work pays off" Jack said looking towards the equipment, then back at me. "Sooo... It's kinda weird seeing my little old Finn have a girlfriend" he continued. I tried my hardest not to blush hearing that word. Girlfriend. Wait...little? That's when I noticed Jack was taller than Finn. And I thought Finn was tall. Jack is huge. Finn rolled his eyes playfully. I chuckled a bit. So did Jack. Then Finn smirked at me, and then put his arm around my waist pulling me in for a side hug. That made me blush. The laughter switched from me to him.

Eventually Jack went to help Ayla and Malcolm. So I sat down on the couch to eat. When I brought it out, Finn was eyeing it. "Um...do you want some?" I asked him. "No it's fine" he said. One minute later, "Yes I would like some". I rolled my eyes playfully and gave him an extra fork I grabbed. I ate as much as I could which was only half the bowl. I set it on Finns lap, then got up to go to the bathroom. When I came back it was all gone. "Geez Finn. I thought you weren't hungry" I said sitting back down. "Sorry" was all he said, his mouth full with the last bite. "Cool. Now you get to the throw it away" I said giving a fake smile. He raised his eyebrows playfully and said, "You know I'm here to work. Not be your servant". "Mhm right. Because that's what you're doing right now" I said sarcastically, looking back and forth between him and the bowl. "God dammit you're too good" he said and got up to throw it away.

When he came back he started working with the others. I grabbed my drink and started sipping on that as I watched. Eventually they started playing a cover. Seeing Finn sing made my day. But it took me a few seconds to realize what song it was. Butterfly by Twin Peaks. Holy shit. The song when we first met. I looked at Finn with wide eyes. When he finally saw my face he knew it too. His eyes widened and he smiled into the song. I chuckled at the sight.

When they were done with everything, Finn wanted to do a live. They answered questions mostly about music and the band. They had me join in. Even though I know the live wouldn't care as much, I answered questions when it came to band preferences and shit. We had a lot of good laughs. During—which was like over an hour—, I felt like I got closer to them. Malcolm was pretty shy at first but once he got comfortable with me he was actually pretty fun to hang out with. Jack was both chill and fun. A good friend to have. Ayla all around was the coolest. Someone you'd definitely look up too, but also want as your best friend. Well, at least I felt that way. I could tell she enjoyed having another girl around. We grew close.

Eventually it was getting late and we were all getting hungry again. We decided on going to a Chipotle that was down the street. Ayla, Jack, and Malcolm were out the door first. Then me and Finn. As we walked out he put his arm around my waist, giving me shivers. Then I remember. I fake coughed catching his attention. I looked at his arm. "Oh. Right. Public" he said removing it. We started walking on the sidewalk. There was more people than I thought. I looked up at Finn. He looked like he was trying his best to hide behind his hair. Anxiety written all over his face. So I took off my cap and put it on his head. He looked at me secretly and smiled. I had put it on a little crooked so he fixed it. He seemed more comfortable.

We got to Chipotle. Me and Finn weren't as hungry since we had eaten not that long ago, so we shared. We all sat down and had some more fun conversations. I got all their numbers and I gave them mine, along with other social medias. When we were done we walked back and said our goodbyes. Then texted Nick to come pick us up.

When he got there I opened the door. The first thing I noticed was that my bike was shoved in the back of the car. They had a pretty big car. It could be converted into a three row van ((idk if they actually do have one so plz don't fact check me)). But they didn't have seats open in the third row. My bike was shoved in that third row. "What the fuck?" I said I said kinda confused. Finn chuckled and got in. Nick looked at me and said, "Well, did you want to walk back and get your bike?". "Oh...right. Yeah. Thanks" I said and got in.

Nick dropped me and Finn off at my place and helped take my bike out. It was only 8:32. So we decided to watch a movie in the living room. I changed into my pajamas. He had left an extra pair of sweatpants so he changed into those and left his same T-shirt on. We went back downstairs into the living room to pick a movie. Well at least he did while I got up to make popcorn. But Finn noticed I had a bunch of other movie CDs my the TV. "What're those?" He asked as I was walking into the kitchen. "Oh. A bunch old movies I saved" I said, then opened the pantry and grabbed the popcorn. I put it in the microwave, then peaked at Finn to see him looking through the CDs. When the popcorn was done I put it in a bowl and sat down on the couch. He put one on the CDs in and sat down next to me. The movie started playing and right away I knew what it was. 'The Goonies'. I played this movie a thousand times, and it was still good. I smiled a little and said, "Of course", shoving a hand full of popcorn in my mouth. I heard Finn slightly chuckle and grabbed a hand full too.

Half way through the movie we finished the popcorn and put the bowl to the side. I was starting to get cold so I grabbed a blanket and pulled it over me. Right away Finn looked at it and pulled it over him too. A few minutes later he snaked an arm around my waist and pulled me closer. I rested my head on his shoulder and he rested his head on mine. I turned my head to look up at him and he looked at me. We slowly leaned in until our lips touched. The kiss was sweet and meaningful. We slowly pulled away a few inches and looked into each other's eyes. Then a weird noise came from the movie. We chuckled but ended up bonking heads, which only made us laugh more. Once we settled down I remembered you could lay the seat back, so I did. I went back to resting my head on his shoulder and him resting his head on mine. With the movie still on, we slowly drifted to sleep.
