“Amy Evergarden, she was the first forgotten queen of history and most likely the last. It is said that ‘her village was burned to ashes as they lost to a battle and the enemy attacked with burning flames and powerful weapons, sadly she went out to fight with her army of the Everlasting, but she died with them,” the tour guide seemed so interested in what he was saying, that not only his looks mezmorized me, so did his voice. He kept staring at me while saying what he had to say, but I had to keep my eyes on the Queen's picture. Trying to forget his good looks, I looked at my journal taking notes of what he was saying, although the story he stated wasn’t true it had to have some kind of link to my theories. My name is Claire Oaks and I am on the quest to find the forgotten queen, I am one of many. I stood there for a while taking as much notes as possible, as I looked up the rest of the crowd was gone, scattered throughout the museum.  Closing my journal, i walked up to the painting and took a good look at the queens features. Her hair white as snow, drenched down her slender, defined shoulders and the pronounced features of her face looked so stunning, she sat on a throne made of diamond and silver,  absolutely beautiful.  “Where are you?” I mumbled. “ She’s beautiful isn’t she?” a voice said behind me, I jumped a bit and turned around. The tour guide stood behind me with his hands in his pockets and a small smirk tugged at his lips, “Uh, yeah, she is,” I said a bit off guard. He walked forward standing by my side, I tried my best to maintain a composed look and not blush at his golden voice. “ I saw that you were taking notes, you’re  trying to find out more on the queen aren’t you?” he said, I seemed a bit shocked at his statement, but I guess he wasn’t wrong. “Is it that obvious?” I said with a slight smile. He giggled a bit, “well, I’m also on the quest, the story I told about the queen, was a lie. Just so I don’t got a lot of questions, you know?”
“Hm, yeah, it is a strange story,” I stated
“That’s the thing there is no story. By the way, the name’s Mark,” he said, I looked at him and saw he held his hand out, I took it and we shook hands, “Claire,” I said a slight blush coming across my cheeks, he looked at me for awhile as I did the same, his brown eyes looked like a smooth chocolate brown and his glasses fit him perfectly, his hair low shaved at the sides and dyed black, but the top was a bright, flaming red and brushed to the side. After coming out of my trance I realized my hand was still holding on to his, I pulled back hastily and cleared my throat. Mark retreated his hand to the back of his neck in an awkward stance. “Hey uh, if maybe you want to, you know, team up and see what we could figure out about this mysterious queen.”
“Yeah! That sounds great how about tomorrow at the café, not to far from the museum. I guess ill see you tomorrow?”
“ I could do that, 12 good?”
“ Great, bye Mark,”
“ Bye Claire,” When he said my name, the words were like music to my ears, I made my way to the exit. After a long day, I looked at my watch, ‘5:00pm,’ I guess I should start heading home, it was an eventful day, still haven’t gotten anything on the Queen but I’m sure I will tomorrow'. Just the thought of getting to see Mark tomorrow made me smile.
