After School

Dara's POV

"How did school go for you my sweet little Kookie?"

"It was great Dara! I made a new friend! His name is Min Yoongi. He sat across from me. Jimin sits diagonal from me and Tae sits next to me."

Kookie tells me about her day. She asks me about the funny feeling in her tummy whenever Tae flashes his adorable boxy smile at her. I don't know what to say. Do I tell her or do I wait. If I tell her she might get scared. So I decide to change the converaation. I take Kookie to go get ice cream, that way her mind will forget the question she asked that I never answered.

If she still feels this way as the years pass I will tell her. I myself have started to become familiar with this feeling. I know that I want to start my own family. But I don't know if that will be possible. Will I be able to find someone who will love me, support me, and always be there for me? So far it's not looking too good.

Taehyung's POV

I run home from the bus stop to tell my family about my day. "Eomma Baekhyun, Appa Chanyeol, hyung Daehyun!"

They turn from what they are doing to look at me.

"Guess what?!" They wait and are listening to hear what I have to say. I tell them about my day. Eomma smiles she loves the fact that I never stop talking about Kookie. Eomma likes Kookie too. Appa smiles, he's happy that I'm happy. Daehyun motions me over. I walk to him and he starts a conversation with me.

"You said that Kookie is already close with Yoongi despite meeting him today?"

"Yeah," I pout.

"How do you feel about that?"

I frown as I think about it. "Well, to be honest I don't like it but if he makes Kookie happy I can't make him leave her alone, or else she will feel sad. I don't want to see her sad. I want to keep her smiling her adorable bunny smile. I want her to be happy."

"You're very smart Tae. You care enough for Kookie that you would rather suffer than see her suffer. Hopefully, one day Kookie will appreciate you for the way you love her and care for her."

I look at my brother with confusion. "Well, that would make me happy and I don't really understand everything you said but I do care for Kookie... speaking of her let me tell you something Dae."

I motion Dae to lean in close so I can whisper in his ear. "Kookie finally let me hug her. She didn't push me away or run away. She held my hand. And she was very nice to me today. She smiled at me several times too. Maybe one day she will notice me. Maybe one day she will return my hug."

"That's great Tae!" He stands up and ruffles my hair. "I have to go but it was nice to talk to you Tae."

"Bye Daehyun hyung! It was nice talking to you too."

When Daehyun leaves I decide to watch a movie. What movie should I watch? I think I'll watch Lion King or maybe Zootopia? I decide to go to the kitchen and ask Eomma for a snack.

Jungkook's POV

I noticed that when I asked Dara my question she evaded it by asking me if I wanted ice cream. She must have a reason for not telling me. I trust her and maybe one day she will tell me.

Jimin's POV

Ever since I can remember I have liked Tae but he only has eyes for Kookie. How can he not? Kookie is beautiful she looks like a small princess.

Today for the first time since I've known Taehyung I noticed another boy.

Min Yoongi...

I wasn't lying when I told him that he was cute. But I think he also has his eyes on Kookie. Why does everyone prefer Kookie over me? Maybe I can become close friends with Kookie and learn from her the way to get boys to notice me. Except that Kookie seems to be oblivious to the attention she gets. I have to beg and be loud to get attention, she doesn't. I hope that Kookie will allow me to get close that way I can learn more about what makes Tae and Yoongi pay attention to her.

Yoongi's POV

I didn't expect to like school as much as I did. I made a new friend, bunny. She is cute and smart. But I also liked Jimin... I wonder if she liked me? She is the first one to ever hug me like that. No one ever really hugs me since I like my space. Yet, she did. She woke me up from my sleep and I didn't really mind. Her smile is so adorable. But she seems to like Taehyung as does Kookie. I wonder what he does to get them both to like him. Jimin is very forward about how she feels and Kookie doesn't seem to acknowledge her feelings for Tae. Maybe it has to do with how friendly he is. I wish I could be more like him. Maybe if I try hanging out with him I can learn a thing or two to help me catch the attention of someone.
