I sighed as I looked over at my older brother, Bendy. I am always so scared that he would drop down dead at anytime, or have an Ink Attack. Our mother and father died of the Ink Illness, but Bendy had it too. He would always be scared of when the attacks would happen, but how can he not. They just happen.
Tears pricked the corners of my eyes as the thought of him being gone slipped it's way into my mind. The short demon looked up at me, a questioning look molding his facial features.
"You ok, Bro?" He asked, concern lacing his voice.
I nodded, "Y-yeah, I'm just fine." I smiled, trying to make him believe me.
He just nodded and looked forward, but shrieked followed by a big thud. I swiftly turned around, fear gripping tightly onto my chest. The fear was washed away as the sight of Bendy on his face. A laugh crawled up my throat, but I swallowed it down as a feminine groan sounded from the right of Bendy.

You whistled as you skipped down the dirt trail in the woods. Your ears we're being tickled by the autumn air, your fluffy black tail wagging behind you. You were in mid-whistle when you obrutply got knocked into and fell to the leaf covered ground. You groaned after your back hit the ground.
"Ugh. That hurt like hell." A male's voice groaned.
You picked your head up, looking at the person who tripped you. A short, black and white toon demon layed on the ground, rubbing his head. Its looks like you weren't the only one to go down.
"You ok, Bendy!" Another male's voice shrieked with concern. You looked at the owner of that voice.
A young toon wolf knelt down beside the demon. Your tail curled into a heart shape as you kept looking at the wolf. This feeling of love and partner ship took over your body.
'C-could he be the one?' You thought, but were threw back into reality once the wolf noticed you. A blush crept onto his cheeks, making his features seem innocent and adorable.
"O-oh, hello." The wolf greeted, helping the demon to his feet. Man was the demon short.
They looked like questers or something of that sort. The short demon had goggles resting on top pf his head, his hair making horn like shape. That is how you know that they are demon. His eyes were a crimson red, shining with pain and fear. Dots of black in them, the illness. His outfit was just an adventurer's outfit.
The wolf was a little different though. You could tell he was younger than the short-stack demon. His eyes were a chocolatey brown, fear and pain filled them. He did have any black dots in his eyes, so he didn't have the Ink Illness. His outfit was a young adventurer's outfit. A backpack rested on his shoulders.
"Hello..." You trailed off, your ears pinning to the sides of your head. Your (H/C) hair tickled the inner fire, making them slightly twitch. Your black, fluffy tail tucked in between your legs.
The demon smirked, "So, what's your name?" The demon raised a brow at you.
"Bendy, don't be so rude will ya." The wolf huffed, his cheeks filling with a light pink.
"(Y/N) (L/N). That's my name." You rubbed your forearm. "I'm sorry that I bumped into you. I wasn't paying attention."
"It's fine. I'm Boris and-" he motioned to the smirking demon, "this is my older brother, Bendy." The wolf, Boris, smiled warmly.
"You are adventurers?" You questioned, tilting your head in a confused manner.
The wolf seemed to blush more. You smiled, knowing that he was getting flustered. It was cute to you.
"Yeah, we're looking for something. Something very important." The demon explained, nodding.
Boris added, "You could join of you want."
You excitedly nodded, perking your ears up and wagging your tail. They both smiled, Boris seeming to be more excited.

You shivered, rubbing your arms as you try to get warm. It was a chilly morning in October and you didn't have a jacket. A hand landed on your shoulder, startling you. You quickly looked up to see a smiling Boris.
"Morning, (Y/N)!" The wolf chirped.
You chattered, "M-morning, B-Boris."
He chuckled, "C'mon, follow me." You nodded, not wanting to be rude.
Boris stood up and walked over to his tent, motioning you to climb inside. You climbed inside, Boris following you in. As you turned around, Boris lifted a blanket and looked at you. You hesitantly climbed under the blanket, snuggling up against the wolf. As Boris set the blanket down, warm engulfed you, making you sigh in relief.
"H-hey, (Y/N)?" Boris asked, stuttering nervously.
"Hm?" You hummed, looking up at the wolf you've come to love.
His cheeks started to burn in a red shade of blush, "I-I have to confess something. Since I've met you, I have felt like you were meant for me. You have been there for me when I needed you the most, you have seen me at my breaking point and helped me. I believe you are my mate, my soulmate. I-I love you, (Y/N)."
"I-I love you, too Boris!" You squeaked, cuddling close to him.
You looked up at him, finding he was looking down at you. As you looked into his chocolatey brown eyes, your faces drew closer and closer. You closed your eyes as you felt a soft pair of lips touch yours. You pressed your lips against his, heat softly rising to your cheeks.
'I love my mate for life.'
