Wonwoo & Mingyu story

"It's Wonu hyung and Gyu's turn!" Says Seokmin as he pointed the two.

"Hey, guys, wait! Cheol hyung, come're for a moment, let's eat!" Soonyoung suggested when his stomach grumbled all of the sudden.

He stood up and began distributing their packed lunches.

...

"Thanks for the food!" They cheered after finishing their food followed by Seungkwan's burp that made everyone laugh.

"A'right, you guys continue your story. I'm almost done with our van anyways." Seungcheol said before heading to their van and continue fixing it.

"So, hyung are you the one who will share our story?" Mingyu asked Wonwoo which the older replied with a nod.

"Shall I tell them the part where you embarrassed yourself to me as well?" Wonwoo asked making the others laugh.

Mingyu immediately stood up and went beside the older and shook him.

"Oh no, hyung! I take that back, I'll do the honors instead hehe..." Wonwoo smirked at him which made the younger scratched his head upon his hyung's laziness.

"I'll start now, guys! Don't worry, this is just a quick story~"

~Flashback~

"Wonu hyung! Wonu hyung!" Wonwoo let out a sigh upon hearing his childhood friend, Mingyu, calling him.

"What is it, Gyu? It's still early yet you're already noisy." He complained that made Mingyu pout.

"It's still early yet you're already being hot-headed!" The younger mimicked his statement which he just reply with his rolling eyes.

"What are you doing here anyway?" Wonwoo asked earning a huge smile from the younger.

"Let's head to school together!" He cheerfully suggested leaving Wonwoo with no choice but to agree.

"Halmeoni, I'm leaving!" Wonwoo said to his grandma and even kissed her cheek that made her smile then messed her grandson's hair up.

"Be safe~" she advised, Wonwoo let out a nod before heading out.

Wonwoo already lost his parents in an early age; his mom died after giving birth to him while his dad from an illness.

This leads to his grandmother raising him on her own with Mingyu, who doesn't even have any family here in Seoul and got abandoned by his own parents; therefore, Wonwoo and his grandmother chose to take him in instead.

"Hyung, did you heard about the new student transferring in our school today?" Mingyu asked making Wonwoo turn his head to him.

"Do you think I care about someone transferring, Gyu?" He sarcastically asked making the younger frown.

'Grouchy as ever.' Mingyu thought.

"To be honest hyung, I always wondered how I got immune to this side of you." The younger said.

"So do I." Wonwoo replied much to Mingyu's dismay.

Yes, Wonwoo's ill-tempered and grouchy but this personality of him was the exact reason on how the two of them became friends.

At first, Wonwoo could still resist the younger but as time goes by, he just found himself joining Mingyu.

The latter was already used to his personality so he just go along with it.

The two finally reached their school and since Wonwoo is older, they're in different grades.

They finally separate from each other and went to their own classes.

Classes were finally over but then suddenly, Mingyu noticed that it seems Wonwoo's having a fight with someone so he rushed towards his hyung and he's right, he's fighting with the transferee!

"Maybe you don't have friends, huh?" Says the kid who looks a bit older than them by a year or two.

"What do you care if I don't have one?" Wonwoo shouted.

"You're such an ill-tempered! If you happen to have a friend, I'm sure they'll leave you right away!"

Got offended, Mingyu pushed the kid and stood in front of Wonwoo.

"Take those words back!" Mingyu ordered.

"Gyu, stop..."

"What if I don't?" The kid smirked, Mingyu was about to punch him when two other kids appeared who seems as old as the kid.

"What's going on here, Cheol? And why are you attempting to punch our brother?" One of them asked, calmly.

"He's the one who started it! He called my hyung 'ill-tempered'... I'm just defending Wonu hyung..." Mingyu explained.

"Seungcheol, why did you do that?" Asked the other, Seungcheol lowered down his head earning a glare from him.

"Seungcheol.."

"I just want to be friends, that's all..." Seungcheol murmured, making the other two sigh.

The first kid who spoke earlier put his hand on Seungcheol's shoulder before saying...

"Cheol, you can be friends without leading on a fight. Didn't dad and I said fighting is bad?" Seungcheol nodded.

"Now, apologize to them." He calmly added and face Wonwoo and Mingyu.

Seungcheol shyly faced the two before bowing in 90 degree.

"Sorry..."

Mingyu let out a sigh while Wonwoo kept his pokerface.

"Stop fighting with anyone again, a'right?" Says Wonwoo Seungcheol smiled and even raised his right hand.

"Promise, I won't do it again. But..." he lowered down his head once again and start nibbling his fingers.

"But?" Wonwoo repeated.

"Can I still be friends with you guys?" He asked, shyly.

The two let out a smile before nodding.

"Ofcourse you can! We're all friends from now on." Mingyu cheered and faced the other two.

"Same goes to the two of you! So, you're brothers?" They nodded.

"I'm Jeonghan and this is Jisoo." The second one introduced.

"We're not biologically brother, we were adopted by Seungcheol's dad since we already lost our families." Jisoo explained.

Wonwoo and Mingyu nodded their heads and time passed that they didn't even realized they're getting closer to each other.

Jeonghan told them the details about Jisoo's explanation that made Mingyu think about his and Wonwoo's situation.

"What if we just join them, hyung?" Mingyu asked, making the older looked at him in surprise.

"Why not? Bring your halmeoni too, it'll be fun!" Seungcheol said that made the youngsters smile.

"Thanks..."

~end of flashback~

"And that's how our story ends!" Mingyu smiled.

"The way Cheol hyung met us all were crazily awesome." Chan commented.

"True, eomeonim and abeonim were so kind to take us in." Wonwoo added with a smile as well.

"Hey, wait! We're not done yet guys, we're just in the middle." Jeonghan commented, jokingly that made the rest chuckle.

"Next are..."
