"MALIA! "I cringed as I heard by brother yell, I wore my sandals, picked up my bag and ran out my room.
I walked down the stairs to see my two older brothers and little sister waiting for me............. Oh where are my manners, I am Malia Bethany, I am seventeen years old, I have two older brothers, Dylan is twenty-one , he is college and Davin is eighteen, we go to the same school and the last born Ethilia, she is six and we live with our mother who is on a business trip right now........ Dad? Oh let's just say mum doesn't like talking about him, it's was like he vanished when Ethilia was born.
"we are gonna be late mal" Davin said as I walked down the stairs. "good morning to you too dave" I said walking past him and into the kitchen with Ethilia right behind me
"Hey sweetheart " I said giving her a hug." hey mama" she said
Ethilia has being calling me mama as a shortform for my name and I find it cute.............. Kinda, anyway I am so hungry but I don't think I would get a chance to eat since dave wouldn't stop yelling that we are late, I mean come on. I am the nerd here so there are only two explanations for this :1) he saw the fun in reading and wants to be a nerd, 2) he wants to go early so he has enough time to make it with his girlfriend................ I am thinking the second one though.
"Malia" i snapped of my trance when I heard some one call me, I looked up to see both my brothers staring down at me.............. Yeah I am short, about 5ft1 and both my brothers are a feet taller than me, "I packed your lunch" dylan said handing me my lunch and I smiled and took it "thanks" I said and Dave tossed me a granola bar.
"Let's go. Now" he said walking out of the kitchen and I glared at the back of his head grumbling what I don't understand.
I kissed Ethilia on her template and Dylan did the same for me "bye" I said jogging outside to catch up with dave.

"Take care" dave said before walking off with his friends and I looked around for my friend 'tati'....... Yeah I said friend, we have being friends for three years now and I am still surprised we stayed together that long since we are totally different.........Tati is the badass type or in her words 'doesn't give a sh*t' she is the bold one while I am the nerd, uptight, shy, reserved and too quiet one, I wish I was more like her but hey that's how I was brought up, tati and I didn't exactly meet in school, we met at a coffee shop with me and my siblings,i was homeschooled for sixteen years, mum let me start school right after my sixteenth birthday which is weird, being homeschooled is one of the reasons I am a nerd, homeschooling is something that's normal in my family, Dylan and Dave were home schooled but they fit in pretty quick, but I had to be the odd and creepy one. My thoughts got caught off when I heard a familiar voice yell my name.
"Mal" I whipped my head around and saw tati walking over to me, I smiled brightly as she stopped in front of me, tati has blonde hair which is in a bob and grey eyes, she is hot and taller than me, she is 5ft8



"I missed you" I said hugging her really tight, while she just put on a blank face
"You saw me yesterday " she said blankly wriggling out of my hold
"Fine!, let's get to class" I said pretending to be hurt. "And the nerd is back" she said chuckling and I just rolled my eyes
"Shut up..................... Chuckle head" i said pathetically "really?" she said before pinching my cheek and saying "oh, sweet innocent mally" she said and I huffed walking away from her to my class, I didn't have with her and it was my favourite subject 'chemisty '
"See you second period " I heard her yell behind me while I stomped my way to chemistry class but I stopped when I heard the warning bell
Oh. My. God.
No no no no no no no
I am late, urgh I can't believe I am late on a Monday, I would get detention, I have never gotten detention before.
My. Life. Is. Ruined.
Am I being dramatic?, but look on the dark side, I am getting detention, I would not last five minutes detention. Might as well move out of town, change my name to scorpion, live in an alley and get a badass tattoo that says 'life sucks'.
Yeah I am being dramatic, I thought as I got to the front door of my class.
Calm down Malia, oh and don't forget to breath

Here goes nothing, I breathed in one last time and opened the door.

"hey" he whispered for the fourth time, poking me with his pen again..... Urgh any way I have good news and bad news, the good news is, I didn't get detention, our teacher 'Mrs Brown' said and I quote "you are one of my favourite students Malia, you have never been late to my class before so I assume this happened for an important reason, have your seat sweetie"and the bad news is, I had to sit beside Jason lockharts, he is the most popular guy in my great and now he is trying to 'talk' to me, Me the wierdo, the nerd, I am finding this scary right now - -
Poke
I whipped my head to the side really fast that I was afraid it would break. I turned to see him smirking at me.
"Hey cutie" he said looking me up and down, I just tilted my head to the side confused as to why he was talking to me.
"Hi, um w-why were you calling m-me? "I stuttered
Keep your cool for once Malia
I can't help it, I can't believe I am talking a guy, tati must be rubbing off on me.
" You are Malia right? " he asked
" yeah" I replied.
"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl" he said while his eyes travelled down my body, I didn't understand what he was doing so I kept staring at him smiling, I was starting to feel self conscious but that stopped when...... "Mrs Bethany and Mr lockharts, would you mind sharing what you guys were talking about with the class" and me being me said "no" and I explained all that Jason said to me to the part where he called me pretty and when I was done the whole class Bursted into laughter while Mrs Brown had a disgusted and shocked face, I turned to my left to see Jason already staring at me but this time he was glaring, if looks could kill, I would probably be six feet below the ground right now.

Worst idea ever

But I thought honestly pays
"Detention Jason, for a week"
