When I woke up, it was a perfectly normal day. I got ready for my first day at a new High School.

Little did I know something would change my life... forever.

I grabbed my bag and headed for the door. I yelled out "Bye mum! I'm leaving now!"

"okay bye Yoona, Have fun! Don't forget to be back before dark" she yelled through her closed door. I opened the front door and left for the day. It was still too early for school but I had a walk through the woods to get there.

The house my mum had bought was on the outskirts of a small quiet town where the bus doesn't go past the forest line. So I have to walk through said trees, not that I mind, It will give me a chance to mentally prepare for the day. I've always found the forest like a second home, a place I could go to calm my busy mind.

My mum and I had moved because my dad died recently and my mum couldn't live in the house he died in. I understand how she feels, it held too many memories, some of them were not ones she wanted to keep. I was fine with moving because I didn't have many friends I was leaving behind, I was always to shy to make them hopefully that will change. My mum says its a new start for both of us. I'm trying hard to believe her.

I made my way down the small path that cut into the woods, it's peaceful here, the birds are singing. I stop to listen, a small smile breaking onto my face. I heard a single crow, all the birds went quiet. I had always thought that crows fly in groups. I sighed and kept walking. something was pulling at the corner of my mind, an old rhyme that my grandmother had told me when I was young. I shook my head, it was long forgotten now. Something about the call of a crow...

After walking for a while, I started to shiver despite the warm weather. The hair on my arms were standing up, I felt as though someone, or... something was watching me.

From the corner of my eyes I looked behind me, I wiped my head back to the path in front me when I saw a tall pale figure standing behind,  half hidden by a tree far off the path, I started to pick up my pace. Are they watching me?

They were following me as I walked faster and faster. at some point I broke into a run, starting to fear their close proximity and their want to keep up with me. It looked as if He was keeping the exact same distance away, but each time I looked back it was as if they weren't moving. How is that possible? I turned to look forward so I wouldn't fall, the forest around me seemed to be getting darker, I didn't stop running. I looked back, he wasn't there. I let out a sigh of relief, thinking I lost him, I stared at the forest for a minute letting my breath go back to normal, my hand resting on my knees. I straightened up and turned back around.

He was there, right in front of me. I screamed but he quickly covered my mouth with an ice cold hand. "shh don't be scared" he cocked his head "pretty". After looking into his eyes, I started to feel more and more calm.

"Who are you?" I whispered after taking his hand off my face. I blinked I felt all fuzzy like I was in a trance.

"I'm your worst nightmare" he smirked "and your best daydream" his smile was stunning,

I couldn't stop myself from smiling back. I remembered that I still had school, I gasped and stood back from the handsome stranger. "I have school," I said more to myself than him. Looking around me I had no clue where I was, I guess I went off the path when I was running.

"Where are we?" I muttered looking around.

"we are in the woods" he answered blankly.

"Yeah, I got that, thanks".

He smiled sweetly "You are welcome" I ran my hands through my hair.

This dude is really something. "I mean where is the path?"

He grabbed my hand and started walking, pulling me behind. For some reason, I didn't want him to let go. My mind yelling at me to not follow him, but my heart tells me otherwise.
